Only the deaths of "western countries" are highlighted and profiled, but the "non-westerners" are just numbers for the main stream media. When will people start looking at different people as part of the same community?

- popstar96, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0As sickening and miserable as the massive bloodbath that the US carried out and continues to enable in Iraq is, it also provides a huge distraction for the world away from what's going on in Israel's immediate neighborhood just a few hundred miles to the west. And I'm sure that the psychos carrying out the nightmare against the Palestinians are very well aware of that fact. We can't forget Darfur, the Congo, or other ignored killing fields, either.
- erykah, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This reminder about what a horrid daily experience the Palestinian people endure brings to mind another film worth watching it's called Gaza Strip, this movie depicts daily life for children in the Occupied Territories and it is amazing to hear these children share their moment to moment experiences.
