Turns out he’s dead - Hetman, on 06/23/2008, -1/+5It is hard to stop gang violence. I live in chicago and last week we had 8 homicides. And really there is no end in sight. These gangs have been here since the 60s and imagine they are going to be here until 2060 if not longer. Better education might help but you would not even see any effects of it until 10 or 15 years if your lucky.
