Driving in California? Keep Hands Off That Cell Phone!
rgj.com — Motorists in California caught holding their cellular phones to their ears after Tuesday face fines starting at $20 and going up to $50 with each subsequent offense. And under another new law, any driver under 18 cannot talk on a cell phone while driving, period. And there's no grace period for either of the new rules, said the California DMV.
