- aimhelix, on 08/08/2008, -0/+1Feds... I don't know, it could just be me, but I'm pretty sure there are more important things to worry about. Like Erich said, States can take care of themselves - especially over a plant.
- Erich100, on 08/06/2008, -0/+1FTA - Under Californian law and Prop 215, cultivating, using, and selling physician prescribed medical marijuana are allowed under state law. However, they are illegal under federal law that supersedes state law.
What pisses me off about this is, the federal government has taken over every aspect of everything. The states have to look to the federal government as well as the individual to check and see if what they wish to do is legal.
This is tyranny plain and simple. States can take care of themselves as far as weed goes. There's no reason for federal interference.
