- voyetra8, on 10/10/2007, -8/+141A touch disappointed, as I thought the title was "20 Most Beautiful College Girls."
: - blarger, on 10/21/2007, -6/+109Wow, that was worthless
- ChromaVita, on 10/21/2007, -1/+68Why isn't my Community College on the list?
- nreynolds, on 10/10/2007, -5/+28I've been at pepperdine twice in the past 5 days. The view is amazing, but everything there is stairs and hills. Also, they're really strict and have severe curfews and such stuff as that.
also, I would've thought MIT would be on the list because of the amazing architecture there. Yeah it's urban, but just looking at the buildings is amazing. - jclauderay, on 10/21/2007, -5/+25Not even close.
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 10/10/2007, -4/+24I think you're mistaken. The USA has amazing colleges. You should do some research about it before posting typical American slander. Thanks!
- chrrie, on 10/21/2007, -2/+17Cornell should have been on that list.
CUNY Brooklyn, Wagner? Who made this?
Also, they could have used some more flattering pictures. - Tivor, on 10/10/2007, -2/+17Pepperdine #1??? Whhaaaaaaat?????
Pepperdine does belong in Top 20, but it's nowhere near being #1 material.
Also, Cornell has Princeton beat hands-down in terms of beautiful campuses. And Stanford definitely belongs in that list as well. - chubbybubba, on 10/10/2007, -4/+19In college I could care less about the buildings and more about the babes.
- blaze03, on 10/10/2007, -1/+14Their definition of "beautiful" seems to be "old"
- quomen, on 10/10/2007, -3/+14University of Hawaii, Manoa????
I go to UH, it sucks. The campus is old and nasty, and the architechture is highly uninspired. Just because i'm here in Hawaii doesn't make up for the fact that our campus sucks. Ask anyone. - rejoined, on 10/10/2007, -2/+13The one thing which caught my eye was, Crazy Ramen Recipes:
http://campussqueeze.com/crazy-ramen-recipes/ - Matrixsta, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11Pretty crappy pics for a pic post
- alok0, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10site is starting to go down for me
here is a "mirror"
http://image.bayimg.com/oafpdaabj.jpg - TridenTBoy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10wtf is up with wagner college? It looks infected. Like it's got zerg creep on it except it's all green.
- sv650touring, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10Yeah, we also invented most of the technology that you just used to make an ass of yourself publicly
- barnis, on 10/10/2007, -3/+13CU Boulder anyone?
- BlinderBomber, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10I kept scrolling down, expecting Stanford to be there. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful university in the US and, no, I don't go there.
Seriously though, Cornell didn't crack the list either... yikes. - the6thReplicant, on 10/10/2007, -2/+11I would like to see a list of the world's most beautiful colleges.
I've been to a few around the world.
My list would include:
1) Cornell,
2) UWA, Perth, Australia
3) Oxford
Please add..... - sticko13, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8People come to the US for higher education from around the world.
- tororosso, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8I am alumnus of the University of Arizona, but I must say the most beautiful campus I've ever seen must be Indiana University at Bloomington, I am quite surprised it didn't make this list ...
- listikal, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9Where's UCSB?
http://www.chem.ucsb.edu/~sheagroup/ucsb.jpg - holygram, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6"Fail"?
Go back to 4chan. - pjs1840, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6University of Virginia is very nice, especially since Thomas Jefferson himself founded and designed it. (I'm not affiliated with UVa in any way FYI)
I also remember University of Miami (FL) being pretty sweet when I was there for Spring Break a few years back. I can't say for sure since I was in a drunken stupor all week, but I remember being particularly impressed with the outdoor Olympic sized swimming pool and diving boards in the middle of the campus. If only I was smart enough to plan ahead and attend school with a warm climate year-round instead of these brutal winters in the ***** mountains. - Crashwithuhk, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7What no [Insert my college here]? Bad list.
Actually my college is on that list. Good to know Brooklyn College is good for something. - Keiera, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8University of Alabama does not belong on that list. And of course they show a pic of the $200,000 fountain that is a sore spot for us students (our buildings need repaired, the professors here don't get paid as well as they could be, and yet they spend 200k on a fountain....).
- actuel, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Yeah, i love in bloomington and was expecting it to be very high on the list. Even author David Sedaris remarked upon it in an interview after getting off a long college tour that bloomington was an absolutely stunning campus.
- chocolatetacos, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Jealous much?
- awfulgrace, on 10/10/2007, -2/+7What R.I.T. didn't make the list?!?!? (has ugliest campus known to man)
- dattaway, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I find it interesting that colleges thrive to be large extravagant castles of wealth, yet catering to students of humble means. How does this work?
- LincolnA, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Dugg. UCLA north campus is gorgeous, and anyone who's actually visited would agree.
- kakti, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4That is exactly the reason I chose to go to Indiana University. It absolutely blew away every other campus in the midwest that I looked at.
- fotodevil, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4What? You have something against bricks?
- fykusplant, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Bad list. Where is UC Santa Cruz? It's one of the only colleges in the US that is built up on a hill in a forest. It's absolutely beautiful.
- masgrada, on 10/25/2007, -1/+5Not 'fourthed.' The campus itself isn't very pretty.
- JDoorjam, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Nothing except suicide.
- MewTwo, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5This article seems to... take on something it could not achieve.
Anyway, anybody go to UC Berkeley? The stadium and the Greek theatre are awesome, at night you can see the skyline. And the bioscience buildings are so massive and beautiful. That place is the prettiest college I've ever been to. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5Horrible compilation.
- antifreze, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I just graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington and moved to Arizona. The majority of my family went to Purdue but whenever they came down to see me they were blown away.
There are so many things that I miss about Bloomington - an absolute amazing campus. - michaelb1, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Actually the UH Manoa campus could use some updates. However it is a beautiful campus tucked up in a lush tropical valley.
The UH school of business is getting a new building so hopefully it will look nice. - bdbr, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I agree that Stanford should be on there, and a few others (not necessarily Princeton) shouldn't.
Note: I did not go to Stanford, but I've spent a few days on the campus. - plokij909, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5Is it just me, or do all these colleges look British?
- espek, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Heavy endowments.
- boejangles, on 10/21/2007, -1/+4#3 Hogwarts ?
- ruce, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2So stupid where the ***** is CU Boulder????
- pcrow, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I agree that Dartmouth is a contender for the list. Also missing is West Point.
- Ellsass, on 11/05/2008, -0/+2That's not surprising, since many of the more prestigious colleges were founded in the 1800s, and guess were most US citizens with money were from at that time. Besides, it's a good look.
