wtopnews.com — The Virginia State police and Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an endangered missing child alert. The child is believed to be in danger and was last seen leaving her home in the Meadows neighborhood of Charlottesville. He is believed to be driving a 1997 Red Mitsubishi with Virginia license KDW-8874.
