- x00x, on 07/02/2008, -11/+59I'm as jingoistic an American patriot/ardent pro-Zionist as you can get and i say any American citizen committing treason against the USA of the sort as spying for Israel/providing classified information should be sentenced to the harshest penalty possible under the law as was Johnathan Pollard still rotting in prison for transmitting classified info to Israel during the Reagan administration.
- inactive, on 07/02/2008, -10/+48So the next time I get caught speeding, I'll just say I didn't know that it was illegal. And then it will be up to the police officer to prove that I did know it was illegal or else not give me a ticket. Is that how it works? Apparently so if you happen to be a spy for Israel. For the rest of us its, "ignorance of the law is no defense". That's what they mean when the say we have a "special" relationship with Israel. Oh, you work for AIPAC. You're "special". The law doesn't apply to you.
Who else is "special"? Jewish mobsters. The other day a Russian Mafia member gets caught laundering drug money and because he's Jewish, the Judge gives him a reduced sentence because he gives to charity. I suspect the charity he was donating to was AIPAC.

Meanwhile, some poor black kid gets caught smoking crack one time and gets locked up under some mandatory sentencing law. So where's the Justice? And is the government really interested in going after illegal drugs? Well not if you happen to be a Jewish mobster. - inactive, on 07/02/2008, -7/+38Hard to prove they knew it was unlawful? The last time that I checked, the very word "stolen" attached to anything made it unlawful. Then there is the Pentagon issue and the giving of government documents to members of a foreign country. I don't know who is dumber, the people who expect us to believe such things or those of us who DO believe such things (apparently there are some.) Then there are serious questions about the mental capacity of some people working in our government. It is most disconcerting that they have access to anything pertaining to the Pentagon. I had a friend who was a US Marshall who once said that "it is the stupid criminals that get caught, the smart ones get away with their crimes." Perhaps passing such a test is a prerequisite for holding public office, but if that were the case "Dubyah" would never have made it.
It just further proves that a tiny group of occult elite control the world. - Detritus, on 07/02/2008, -8/+37Apparently your Zionist buddies disagree, as this is being Bury-Brigaded.
I'm glad to see you speak out against this treason though. - Rudzz34, on 07/02/2008, -6/+30the judge probably doesn't want his house burned to the ground like that lawmaker's house this morning.
- SuperMoses, on 07/02/2008, -2/+23Jingoism - extreme chauvinism or nationalism marked especially by a belligerent foreign policy
Well, at least you admit you're an *****. - americangoy, on 07/02/2008, -10/+31"I'm as jingoistic an American patriot/ardent pro-Zionist as you can get"
Hey x00x, quick question.
Might sound silly but... do you think it is possible to be both a Zionist and an American patriot?
After all, being a Zionist means that you care first about Jewish issues and Israel first? - inactive, on 07/02/2008, -4/+24You know jingoism is bad, right?
It's not the same as patriotism. It's patriotism's retarded little brother. - inactive, on 07/02/2008, -9/+27Another great article from americangoy.
Thanks man, you are doing a great f'n job!
And I don't mean that in the "you're doing a heckuva job, americangoy" Bush sense of the word, I actually mean it. - SuperMoses, on 07/03/2008, -1/+18Yup, though cultural zionism, the kind that Einstein was, is a lot different and I can respect since it's not about a nation or politics but a people and their culture. However, I've posted this before and will post this again in regards to what Einstein said about the Zionism you're talking about.
"I am afraid of the inner damage Judaism will sustain -- especially from the development of a narrow nationalism within our own ranks, against which we have already had to fight strongly, even without a Jewish state." - Einstein, who was a cultural Zionist. - moxley, on 07/03/2008, -9/+21Israel's government is one of the greatest enemies that the people of America face. The Israeli government is a repressive and murderous regime that cares not for international law and uses spies and front organizations to attack anyone or any group who points out their hypocritical, illegal, and most of all immoral activities and policies; always calling any critics anti-semetic, and if they're jewish accusing them of being self hating. They don't care about freedom, they don't care about the laws of their supposed "allies" (like the US) - when in essence they have bribed and manipulated their way into having congressmen, lobbyists, and other American officials in their pocket - providing them with dual citizenship and money, etc to betray the interests of their country.
These men need to be tried and sentenced to the harshest penalty for treason. - Elderon, on 07/03/2008, -4/+16Isn't treason punishable by hanging still? I'm always up for watching a good hanging.
- americangoy, on 07/03/2008, -2/+14Please...
Never, ever associate AG name with bush jr....
Thank you in advance, and thank you for your praise :-) - arjie, on 07/03/2008, -2/+13For any non-American just curious about what the prosecution had to prove:
1. That the defendants knew they were relaying classified national defence information.
2. That they knew it was unlawful to disclose this classified information.
3. That they knew that doing this could harm the United States of America or help a foreign nation, and that they did it knowing this and intending for this to happen.
«That the defendants knew the information they were relaying was classified national defense information, that they knew it was unlawful to disclose the information and that they “had a bad-faith reason to believe the disclosures could be used to the injury of the United States or to the aid of a foreign nation.”»
http://www.forward.com/articles/13629/ - tonyteetime, on 07/03/2008, -7/+17Screw AIPAC , they are the most powerful foreign lobby group in DC , who is pushing their pro-israel agenda to our politicians and heavily influence our foreign policy. I wish for once our elected officials put America's needs first before Israel. It is sickening to see McCain, Obama , Hillary sucking up to these clowns.
- inactive, on 07/02/2008, -14/+24Well the Neo-Cons or Neo-nazi's have contacted their concentration camp overseers and had them start exerting pressure in Israel to post former Nazi overseers into political positions, then with a lot of patience and help from the protected Nazi war criminals in the U.S. and Argentina, made inroads to key political parties to assure a shifting towards fascism.
- Murrabbit, on 07/03/2008, -2/+10Haha oh wow, I wish that ignorance of the law was an excuse for me. I'd be playin' dumb like a *****.
- x00x, on 07/03/2008, -1/+8The extraordinarily harsh, deserved treatment handed to Johnathan Pollard was as a result of direct intervention by Caspar Weinberger (Jewish by birth) Secretary of Defense under the Reagan years who personally intervened in the sentencing of Pollard because of the extremely sensitive nature of classified information which Pollard passed on to Israel, which eventually got to transmit to the Soviet Union for whatever deal they managed to get on their own.
This information provided the Soviets with a complete site map of American espionage operations within the USSR which the Soviets used with characteristic brutality with the immediate deaths of all US operatives in an overwhelming setback to US intelligence-gathering capabilities thus wiping out many years of extraordinarily hard fought progress.
Johnathan Pollard/the State of Israel's egregious treachery of the US government caused extraordinary harm to the US - neko6, on 07/03/2008, -2/+9Being a Zionist means you believe Jews should have their own country. The Ku Klax Klan, btw, is officially Zionist (They want the non-whites out of the US).
It has NOTHING to do with patriotism unless you can find a collision of interests between US well being and Israel existing, which I believe would be quite difficult. - americangoy, on 07/03/2008, -4/+12Thanks for your response, SuperM.
I am a big fan of an intelligent, or at least a civil, discussion, even if the people very strongly disagree with each other.
I guess that's what diplomacy is supposed to accomplish: more talking, less shooting... - americangoy, on 07/03/2008, -7/+13Hi SuperM.
What is Zionism if not jingoism for both a country and a religion? - JohnReb, on 07/03/2008, -0/+5"what kind of ally spies on us and steals our secrets?"
Pretty much every single one of them.
Any nation that wants to be a major player in the world today has to be spying on the US, UK, Germany, France, Russia, and a few others. It's just a simple fact of life.
Or do you think they all just follow along in the newspapers? - ButterBuddha, on 07/03/2008, -1/+6The blogger's attempt at humor makes the spy case hard to follow...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jonathan_Pollard - x00x, on 07/03/2008, -0/+4After all, being a Zionist means that you care **first about Jewish issues and Israel first?**
Yes and the federal government in Washington is best defined as ZOG. [/sarcasm]
Your question isn't silly if it's based on a legitimate quest for the truth , elucidation and knowledge and not as a basis for inflaming passions via patently absurd, false statements maliciously expressed.
I give you much more credit than that, *at least intellectually,* that you know very well what the true meaning of Zionism is and not the deliberately malicious way you feign ignorance to pose your question.
Better luck next time in your attempt to flame others. - dayal911, on 07/03/2008, -4/+8They're all a bunch of neo-cons who have hijacked and ruined our country. Filthy.
- draculthemad, on 07/03/2008, -3/+7The charge of treason has always had those very specific limits on it.
It is so that its a charge that can not be "trumped" up for ambiguous situations, like "sedition" has been in the past. - inactive, on 07/03/2008, -2/+6Congress has the power to declare the punishment of treason, against the United States; but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture, except during the life of the person attainted. C. U. S. Art. 3. Sec. 3. The act of 1 Cong. 2 Sess. c. 9. accordingly declares, that the punishment shall be death, by hanging; and that no conviction or judgment for treason, shall work any forfeiture of estate.
So the answer is YES - quesi, on 07/03/2008, -2/+6In that case...

- inactive, on 07/03/2008, -2/+5Larry Franklin gave them the documents. He will be in prison for at least the next 7 years.
- inactive, on 07/03/2008, -1/+4It is both of their faults - Israel apparently wanted them. Why in the hell do you think APIAC asked for them! And don't give me this crap that Israel can do no wrong and is always Innocent because that is just crap. And this is not the first time AIPAC has been caught either!!!!!!
- neko6, on 07/03/2008, -2/+5So do you think the religious and cultural affiliation of a person is important when discussion a crime? Yes or no?
Bigoted bury brigade is hard at work with no answers... - neko6, on 07/03/2008, -1/+4"He points out that the life sentence given Pollard is excessive when compared with any other assessed to a person spying for an ally of the United States. He also questions the validity of the devastating report forwarded to the court by Caspar Weinberger contending that Pollard committed devious acts of espionage far beyond those charged against him."

- Duositex, on 07/03/2008, -2/+5One of the best posts I've read all day. (It's early but still...)
I get really tired of reading about this sort of hypocrisy. If only we could put it in our gas tanks.. we'd have an endless supply of free fuel. - inactive, on 07/03/2008, -2/+4Does it really matter? The Pentagon employee gave them to AIPAC - both parities are guilty.

"What is Zionism, if not racism?"
Zionism is Jewish nationalism. It was a political movement that started in 1890's, whose goal was to create an independent Jewish state, i. e. allow the Jews to exercise their right of self-determination. Zionism is no more racist than the national aspirations of the Kurds, the Tibetans, the Basques, or the 13 British colonies in North America.
"And ignore the same thing happening to the Palestinians right now, at the hands of Israel."
So, according to you, Israel is engaged in extermination of the Palestinians? How is it then, that the numbers of Palestinians have been growing exponentially since 1948? How do you explain the fact that over 1 million Arabs are Israeli citizens, who have the right to vote and hold elected office? How do you explain the fact that Arabic is one of the official languages of Israel, and that Israeli Arabs serve in the Knesset, the cabinet, and the supreme court? Is this what normally happens to a group that is being exterminated? Extermination or genocide is a very serious accusation. I would suggest that you not through it around carelessly, especially when it is demonstrably false. - inactive, on 07/03/2008, -1/+3occult elite? More likely atheists who just do what's good for their ethnic group, family and friends. Why do people believe the ***** that the elite is occultist, as if that's any different than voodoo superstitious ***** that never leads to power.
- vinod1978, on 07/03/2008, -0/+2Misrepresenting the truth to go to war is just as bad as stealing secrets and giving it to another nation.
I'd like throw some people from the Bush Administration on the list as well... - Tanktunker, on 07/04/2008, -0/+2All of them.
Friendship between countries is not like friendship between people, it's a marriage of convenience at most.
Each country, in the end, looks only to serve it's own interests, and if "making nice" with another country helps it achieve those goals, then so be it, but there's still not going to be any trust, both sides are going to keep spying on each other. - GreatSunJester, on 07/03/2008, -3/+5Did they have permission to pass the information they had obtained to the people they passed it to? No? Then they were IN THE WRONG.
Did they get paid for passing information to someone who did not have the right to posses that information? No? Then they were IN THE WRONG.
Did they know passing that information would cause harm to the U.S.? Yes? No? If that question can not be answered easily, see my first two questions. - hadees, on 07/04/2008, -2/+3AIPAC is a lobby started by Americans and run by Americans. They are not a foreign lobby. The reason politicians support Israel is because polls have consistently shown that is what the majority of the American people want, regardless of political affiliation.
- hadees, on 07/04/2008, -2/+3LOL, keep living under a rock. Countless polls have shown, the majority of the American people support Israel.
- liuite, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1treason is punishable by death!
- inactive, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1Auh yes - but the Pentagon Employee had a security check and the 2 people from AIPAC knew what they were asking for or they would not have asked for it.
However, in the Orwellian world we live in today - "some are more equal than others." seems to apply to AIPAC! Sad really - until the American people have had enough (I think it will take an all out economic collapse totally in the US) then this issue will only continue to grow into an enormous monster. It is long overdo to clean house. - bebop34, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Hilarious. Please stop, you're killing me.
