The real issue here is, are these pamphlets approved by AT&T legal? Anything that is submitted with the AT&T logo surely has to go through legal before it can be distributed. (see comment)

Probably because Apple treats AT&T like shit - taking all the credit for the successes and leaving AT&T with the blame for the failures. I'd be a little pissed as well if I worked for AT&T. (see comment)
