- lilbitmoreslyk, on 10/10/2007, -2/+22Oh God i remember when Cleopatra 2525 came on the WB during the weekends to replace Hercules the Legendary Journies and Xena the Warrior Princess. It was so bad, but the girls were so HOT.... which is why i kept watching it. BUT Hercules the Legendary Journies was one heck of a show! My childhood was filled with sunday afternoons getting 1 hour of Herc kicking butt.
- Anrkist, on 10/10/2007, -1/+17Holy crap, I'm watching Sci-Fi Channels weekly lineup! Which is then rerun on the U.S.A. Network.
- Himself, on 10/10/2007, -1/+16automan is geeky.. made in the wake of tron. how could forevergeek not love it? (in concept)
- jiub, on 10/10/2007, -2/+16So don't read them and shut up. If you don't like something don't digg it.
- Phocion55, on 10/10/2007, -0/+12I have a feeling I'm going to be singing "In the yeeeaaaaaar 2525..." to myself for the rest of the day. Damnit.
- swordedge, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10I've seen nine of the ten. Worst ever, don't know, I enjoyed some of them. Hollywood is incapable of doing SF right.
Oh, and Quarks only redeeming value was the Barnstable Twins

http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/eccentric/acil1jil/barns2.jpg - jmpeagle, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9Cleopatra 2525 was hilarious...it was always on right before Jack of all Trades
- Memnochxx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8Jack of all Trades was the best show ever!
- Thex1138, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Nightman was hilarious!
Nothing like a good B-Grade laugh! - BESTenemy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Anyone remembers Timetrax?
- Error601, on 10/10/2007, -5/+12Okay, was going okay until Far Out Space nuts and Quark. They were supposed to be goofy.
- rulesaremyenemy, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8I completely disagree, that show was great.
- jmpeagle, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9the other half were on the WB which coincidentally merged with UPN to make the worst network ever
- fadetoone, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Mmmm... Aphrodite...
- hipnerd, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6To be fair, so was Cleopatra 2025. The show was campy on purpose. That's different than being truly bad. You want bad Sci Fi shows? How about:

and
Out of this World: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3415175918160842560
Now those are bad shows... - brokensince1982, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6manimal HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8LOL, half of them were on UPN....such a ***** network.
- Zeonix, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Lies. M.A.N.T.I.S was awesome.
- RockMyMonkey, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6I feel so sad and pathetic now. I love about half of those.
- Phocion55, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6His "transformation" sequence was so painfully long and awkward.
- LoadStar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5SeaQuest DSV was a pretty good show. However, it started sucking hard when NBC decided it didn't hit the right demographic, and they axed 80% of the cast and replaced them with actors that looked more like Abercrombie models, put them in wetsuits unzipped down to the navel for the sex appeal, and dumbed down the plots so the mindless TV audience wouldn't get distracted from looking at the so-called actors.
- DaffyDuck, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8You've got to be joking. It's one of the best Sci-Fi shows of all time.
- timusca, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6Eh... Sci-Fi, not Sci-Fo
- skull24, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5"Viper was basically Knight Rider, except the car didn’t talk…so it sucked." Lol, so true. The 90's I miss you.
- SkippyDoorknob, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6The top 10 days for top 10 lists:
10. Tuesday
9. Thursday
8. Saturday
7. Monday
6. Sunday
5. Friday
4. Friday
3. Thursday
2. Monday
1. Today - skyfyre, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4MANTIS was a blatant Iron Man ripoff. But I still enjoyed watching it for some reason.
- Pegritz, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Cleopatra 2525 was just good, ol'-fashioned satire. Poorly-handled, poorly-done...but, man--hot babes fighting evil robots, clones, and a Wicked Clown? Best. Concept. Ever.
And I also liked Manimal and Automan. But, then again, I was seven when I was watching those shows. - therealrico, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I like how one chick VIctoria Pratt is in two of those. . . her career is going well
- Maniaca, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4"Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" (1983)

That movie was always on late-night CityTV here in Toronto. Cheesy fun :) - 23MAL, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4The worrying thing is that in Australia, Mutant X was on at about 1am, and I'm pretty sure I saw most of them.
- SenorCardgage74, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5No Bibleman?
Booooooooo!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEKwrI5MYIM - zyklon, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5It is said that a movie or show's cheesiness is directly proportional to how many helicopters are in it, multiplied by how many helicopters get blown up.
- OswaldKenobi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Automan was the bomb in its time.
- timusca, on 10/10/2007, -4/+8People reall need to learn how to use the term "Top 10"...
It should be simply "10 Worst Sci-Fo Shows Ever! (With Videos) - timf, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4But not as akward as the reactions of the real animals.
They sure looked bored. - crapmatic, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I'm reminded of why I never cared much for the SciFi Channel. About the best thing on there was MST3K, and of course since it was good, they killed that off.
- gatorfree, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3HR Puffinstuff + Gilligan's Island = Far Out Space Nuts
*Traumatized at the memory of HR Puffinstuff* - CasinoJack, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Regarding http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/eccentric/acil1jil/barns2.jpg
That has got to be the best looking bookcase I have seen in at least a week - pseudologue, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Okay, I have to admit that I totally loved Manimal. Okay, I was six or something but I liked it enough that I remember wondering why he only transformed as the puma and an eagle for 90 percent of the time.
- kettlechips, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Homeboys In Space.
Yes, it's real. Google it. - TwwIX, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3M.A.N.T.I.S,Dark Skies and Earth 2 were my favorite sci fi series.
They all got canned eventually. :(
Corporate bastards! - HiggsBoson, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Sid & Marty Krofft have a lifetime exemption from any "worst of" lists. They single (double?)-handedly invented psychedelic camp. Tell me there aren't two or three shows in this list that you don't love...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sid_and_Marty_Krofft#Sid_and_Marty_Krofft_Productions_1969-2003 - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Nah, Babylon 5 was much better
- Jugalator, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3"Where's the Sci-Fi in the show?"
Everywhere. I guess you denounce Isaac Asimov as among the greatest sci-fi writers too... - btgoss, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Lexx could have made the list... which is going to get me dugg down... but that show was really bad...
- Toshibi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I used to watch both of those before I took off for work in the evenings on the weekends. Anything with Bruce Campbell is Awesome!
- tryferos, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Timetrax was cool....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQ4js4KKtm0 - darthmiho, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I loved that show!
- Ansible, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Thanks for turning me on to these cool shows! Seriously, the theme song to cleopatra 2525 is hilarious...
- caboosemoose, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I freely confess to allowing myself to watch Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate, Farscape, any number of silly sci fi series, many and various crap science fiction films etc (I even tried watching Metropolis but while the production values are quite spectacular for the late 1920s it is a laughable experience for a 21st century viewer) but it really has to be said the only science fiction I've ever seen that has made for worthy drama is the new Battlestar Galactica (first season and a half and first 4 episodes of season 3, the rest is dubious and I have no faith it will recover in the 4th season) and 2001: A Space Odyssey. But you are right that there is nothing new in BSG, it's just actually reasonably well acted and executed for once.
