- terocious, on 06/08/2008, -1/+33I agree Lisibee. I think this ending blows the other out of the water. It is no less rushed but the tall order of delivering a 21 episode story arc in 7 eps is more to blame for that than anything.

- foxgray1, on 06/08/2008, -1/+31I just loved this ending. Jake and Chavez, who I really like, too, busting Hawkins out of Loomer Ridge, this could be so exciting and a wonderful story line for season 3. Jericho absolutely must get picked up by another network.

- judist63, on 06/08/2008, -1/+29Ohh, dbalcer1, don't say you want to see how the story ends......you want to see how the story continues....lol....I just don't want to see the story end at all! Quality tv is so hard to come by and this one needs to continue badly.....look at what the alternatives are: Swingtown? Give me a break...the storyline is one that does not need to be on my tv with my 7 year old around! He used to watch Jericho with me every week and now there is almost nothing on tv to watch with him. Certainly not Swingtown! I love Carol Barbee and the rest of the writing cast but I just cannot abide Swingtown! This one is going to go down in flames really quickly.

Whoever picked up the series 'could' even do a marathon weekend of Season One, followed by Season Two aired one or two epis a week, ending with the original Season Finale, then picking up with Season Three. I, for one, would be willing to overlook the mistaken airing of the other ending on the original network.

Escape From Loomer Ridge would be quite the episode or two or three. But if we must proceed directly to the American Revolution, so be it. Just bring it on already - PLEASE.

- LisiBee, on 06/08/2008, -0/+8I would agree with that, terocious. I definitely think the condensation of the second season did damage to some potentially good storylines. Other shows had a similar problem due to the writer's strike, but the blame for this with Jericho falls squarely on CBS' shoulders and their unwillingness to order more than 7 episodes for the 2nd season.
