- bat-21, on 11/28/2007, -9/+178Dammit Babyman! Do you even sleep?
- elbergel, on 11/28/2007, -1/+157I just can't wait for the next episode of Everybody Loves Hypnotoad!
- Devan612, on 11/28/2007, -7/+114I would rather see Matt Groening working on Futurama, then more Simpsons.
Just hope Fox won't molest the show like Family Guy. I just heard they'll continue the show without Seth McFarland..............retards!! - Ocelot13, on 11/28/2007, -2/+106viva la futurama.
i always liked futurama more than family guy...futurama has a story line. family guy is nothing more than "this is like the time when ____ did ______ and ______ happened" - AndrewDB, on 01/10/2008, -6/+97It was always funny.
Just not the slapstick that simpletons have come to expect from the Simpsons. It's more intellectual humor. - NeoNightmareX, on 11/28/2007, -7/+76Some of us haven't seen it yet, thank you for telling us Fry and Seymour were reunited.... =(
- ajchavar, on 11/28/2007, -1/+59just so everyone knows, Bender's Big Score is fantastic. i watched it the other night and felt so bad about downloading something that was so good, and that I liked to much (the series too. . . like a nerd i have most of the show memorized) that I went and ordered it.
- david5t, on 11/28/2007, -6/+56I believe this quote sums up Bender's Big Score nicely:
(Nudist beach delivery)
Bender: You know it's funny.
Fry: What?
Bender: Your penis. HAHAHAH - inactive, on 11/28/2007, -2/+49I thought Bender Big Score was better than the Simpson Movie. It was really funny and great story.
- lcarsdeveloper, on 11/28/2007, -5/+47Oh...for ZOIDBERG'S SAKE WHY DID YOU NOT SAY "SPOILER ALERT!!!!"" My DVD was only shipped 2 days ago, I'm in Australia and I won't get to see it for another week or two. Thanks a lot. Dugg you down because I'm so angry now.
- gradivus, on 11/28/2007, -1/+40Awesome,bought it at midnight last night. Go buy it or else they wont make more episodes.
//buy the good stuff
///torrent the crap - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, on 11/28/2007, -2/+39awesome, you just wrote the script for the next family guy show
- ArkAngel06, on 11/28/2007, -1/+33Futurama was, and always will be my favorite "adult" cartoon....I laugh at it a lot more often than I Iaugh at The Simpsons, and I love that show too.
The first DVD came out today, and I love how many previous episodes tied into it. Its a great continuation, of a great series. - Rapsting, on 11/28/2007, -0/+32When is the series on Comedy Central starting?
- ArkAngel06, on 11/28/2007, -0/+32Booo!
Not that I disagree with downloading movies....but show them that we still love the show. - SIRBERUS, on 11/28/2007, -0/+31I'm starting to think he has some sort of program that monitors RSS feeds of all the other sites and looks for important digg-worthy keywords like "futurama" or "apple", then auto-posts to digg. lol
- ruley, on 11/28/2007, -0/+31your wiener*
- completerobot, on 11/28/2007, -2/+29I think he just is the internet.
- markperia, on 11/28/2007, -2/+29Bender already proved it and He couldn't care less.
- dillyhoo, on 11/28/2007, -1/+28Much like this thread has a token troll.
- Petzke, on 11/28/2007, -2/+28I liked the Simpsons movie, but this blows it out of the water. Futurama is great and this movie does it justice.
- MrTito, on 11/28/2007, -2/+26Or you could actually, I dunno, support the show and buy the DVD, too.
- inactive, on 11/28/2007, -3/+27i'm 40% [useful metal]!
- MrTito, on 11/28/2007, -0/+21Sometime in 3008.
- anachronaut, on 11/28/2007, -3/+24Although I enjoyed it overall, I found there to be too many bad, unnecessary songs in this movie. Why is it that feature-length cartoons always have to pad their length with lousy songs as filler material? Give us more good writing and comedy, not bad music. Bleh.
- Ocelot13, on 11/28/2007, -1/+21bite my shiny metal ass
- powerbook86, on 11/28/2007, -0/+18The DVD was great, a fantastic addition to the Futurama series! I bought the DVD at Best Buy and I'm glad I did, they had an exclusive 2nd disc bundled inside which featured animatics of this movie and an animatic preview of the second movie. :-) Welcome back to the world of tomorrow!!
- Sroek, on 11/28/2007, -5/+23That was uncalled for.
- stolenisotope1, on 11/28/2007, -0/+16More like the template...
- escheppa, on 11/28/2007, -0/+15You've read it you can't unread it!
- rotarychainsaw, on 11/28/2007, -1/+16I think them delivering bar stool softener sums it up a little better.
- mrASSMAN, on 11/28/2007, -1/+15Don't worry, it's not much of a spoiler.. it's a minor scene.
- sexybobo, on 11/28/2007, -1/+15I have the first 4 seasons pirated and this movie. I just bought this movie though because I want to support the show and also since FOX is no longer profiting off this movie.
- tyler1175, on 11/28/2007, -0/+14you still need the manatees to fill in the blanks.
- CrazyArcher, on 11/28/2007, -2/+16They have 4 movies total. Comedy Central will show the 4 movies cut into individual half hour episodes and that will be the 5th season.
- dcbebop, on 11/28/2007, -1/+15It was and has always been hilarious. The later seasons seemed to have lost its comical style that was presented in the first seasons but thats to be expected. The characters are well developed and it plays the sci-fi role of offering the simpsons to this generation. All hail hypnotoad.
*makes that hypnotoad noise* - dext3r, on 11/28/2007, -1/+15Yup, me too. It was damn good.
- setabs, on 11/28/2007, -0/+14CrazyArcher you should have just replied "RTFA"
- RedStateRetard, on 11/28/2007, -3/+17I was hoping for a spin-off: "the Adventures of Zapp Brannigan" I wanted to see what Velour looked like in Hi-def.
- meed, on 11/28/2007, -0/+14Where is the spoiler warning? Especially on page 4, there are is a load of spoilers for the first movie. If I haven't already seen it I would be pretty damn upset.
- Sroek, on 11/28/2007, -1/+14If you're picky about the jokes you choose to laugh at, you're trying way too hard to be an intellectual elitist.
- 7717, on 11/28/2007, -1/+13That movie was awesome asterisk!
- MCwack, on 11/28/2007, -0/+12if you watch it and like it PLEASE go buy it.
seriously guys , if they make enough money on this they WILL bring it back to network tv. it happened to family guy, and it can easily happen again - mrASSMAN, on 11/28/2007, -0/+11It's not really about Bender.. he just plays a significant part. It's more about Fry and reuniting fans with the show.
- dumbland, on 11/28/2007, -0/+11It's still produced by Fox Studios. Comedy Central just has cable broadcasting rights. Davd X. Cohen has stated that theoretically Fox (the network) could pick up the show for broadcast, but that no such discussions have taken place.
http://www.tvsquad.com/2007/11/26/david-x-cohen-of ... - SuckMyDigg, on 11/28/2007, -0/+10I thought it was GREAT! I wasn't a hardcore fan of the show since I rarely watch TV, but I'd have to say, I haven't been so enthralled in a TV show in quite a while, especially a cartoon.
- yunus, on 11/28/2007, -0/+10When you do things right, people won’t be sure you’ve done anything at all.
