I used to watch Letterman, then I started watching Leno. Both predictable, both have the same sort of format. Conans show is totally random. Love it.

There have been Conan skits that simply shouldn't have made it to the edit phase. Seeing Conan on his own really showed me what a natural talent the guy is.
