Whenever someone tells me "Oh man Bob Saget is so funny" I say no hes really not. and they respond with "No he's not like he was on full house." And I get that. I understand his style of comedy. I just dont think it's funny. His entire gimmick is that "he was danny tanner and hes saying all of these dirty things oh my god how funny" It's not. He's been doing this for a while. Not funny.

He seems to be at the laugh factory every weekend in Hollywood. Stand-up is very well respected, and its probably the hardest form of comedy, but its a step back once you have made it to TV, the next progression from there is Movies, which he has never been able to land a lead roll in anything worth a damn. But i do respect that you have to make money, and if people see him and pay then he has that.

The audience doesn't even laugh at his jokes majority of the time. He's garbage. Go watch Richard Pryor, Chappelle, or some old Eddy Murphy stand up. Those are real comedians.

One time they had a stunt for the olsen twins laying around and Saget decided to pantomime having sex with it and it performing all kinds of dirty sex acts on him to make the camera men laugh, unfortunately there is a live camera feed connecting the upstairs hair and make up area and the downstairs set so they would know when to be on set. So the hair dressers who happened to be doing the twins hair saw him on the camera feed, but were quick enough to turn the kids away from the tv while Danny Tanner put on his performance.
