- starsky51, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2sounds like an obscure YTMND http://www.yourethemannowdog.com
- hash, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2A good example of how to keep your customers up to date. Good job Joe.
- kd1s, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1When we were doing planning to move our office we studied all the potential facility failure points that we could identify. The biggest failure point was backhoe bob. When we were talking about this with the building owner, he admitted they'd already torn up a gas line when doing construction so they knew EXACTLY where that was. And they also know exactly where fiber and copper circuits come into the building from the curb.
At least the bldg owner was honest. - yusiang, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Spam! My first thought is "WTF kind of data center that has only 1 connection? Doesn't even have a secondary/backup connection??". I would say sorry to the customers who just found this out...pretty dumb if you still continue to host your site with them.
- brianjking, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2news - but i suppose not too dig worthy.
- SectorX4, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0This title is misleading, this has nothing to do with the reliability of Web 2.0 applications at all.
Anyone with half a clue knows applications deemed "Web 2.0" are just as susceptible to DoS (intentional and /. effect), cross site scripting and a host of other problems that would take any other website offline. - DevgruSeal, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0That was just stupid..This is quite irrelevant to Web 2.0..
- naterkane, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1i'm commenting since i got the email from joe as well.
- kepper, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0Dug down as spam because this is just too stupid to post. This is more of a flickr article. Thanks for wasting 10 seconds of my life.
- dgrant, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1What is Web 2.0?
