Trying to Sue Bloggers into Silence, David v. Goliath
phishbucket.org — First amendment be damned - A Washington-based blogger is being sued for defamation for posting information about a shady employment scam that has already been called a scam by by the LA Times, the Better Business Bureau, The Washington Post, and Orlando's WFTV.
