The logic is deafening. - alexanderkj, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks dragoth. It's a good question: What does it take to get managers to read this and take it seriously? If nothing else, there's always the bottom line and leading geeks well will definitely improve efficiency an quality.
Lane: Thank you very much! I talked to one manager of an IT-service company who said "Training is crucial to us. If this means people get hired away by competitors, well I'm just proud to help create such valuable employees." Of couse, people have it so good there, nobody WANTS to leave...
