- SethEllis, on 06/12/2008, -0/+1Digg has certainly become an aggregate of news aggregates. I'm tired of Digg being taken over by political campaigns, marketing schemes, and agendas. They have a complete grip on the community. Getting on the front page was a great way for independent content to get some visibility. Now it's almost not even worth trying to get on the front page. The only way you can do it is by adding a trillion friends and spamming each other to death. Something should be done to help new users and websites that have never seen the front page before. Let content come to the top based off it's merits.
