  • GnatMan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I personally learned to make pizza by watching Alton Brown make one on Good Eats, and I always use his method. Basically it involves refrigerating the pizza and letting it rise slowly overnight, instead of rising quickly in a warm place. Makes great pizza, and I never bother with big pizza chains anymore.
