But hey, digg anyway for beating me to it. - dtvibe, on 10/12/2007, -5/+39guess kim loves the piratebay so much, thats probably where he got his bootleg copy of team america
- CompIsMyRx, on 10/12/2007, -8/+29Uh, April Fool's because North Korea doesn't have an embassy in Sweden. In fact, it barely has any at all.
http://www.embassyworld.com/embassy/North_Korea/North_Korea1.html - themastersb, on 10/12/2007, -12/+29They got a jump start on April Fools since they're a few hours ahead.
- athlonmj, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16Ironically, Sweden is THE ONLY country to have an embassy in North Korea
http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_988.html (scroll down a bit) - Nerfdude, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15now maybe they can focus on fixing their search functionality.
- chrislee149, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17Sweden =/= Switzerland
- Pottersquash, on 10/12/2007, -4/+14I absolutely love the irony of someone with "jihad" in there name not only would not get a joke, but would be nervous that someone may be prompting what is perceived to be a hostile nation
- ShBm, on 10/12/2007, -4/+12Judging by this thread, I have a feeling today is going to be filled with a massive amount of burying.

Comment spamming your mujahaddin videos won't help you get into paradise. You are a jihadi failure, pig follower of a pedophile prophet (piss be upon him). - complexigon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Where else would Kim Jong Il get his hookers?
- aserer511, on 10/12/2007, -4/+6man! Now King Jong WILL have control over the internets!
- ptrcd003, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3look at the ***** this khilafa guy submits
- zeero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2read some of the comments the users wrote
"I wouldn't count on using the redundant power with diesel part for four years...hes probly gonna get blown away by his neighbors in a matter of months...but hey go for it...watch your back though...."
"So thepiratebay.com goes communist... I can't take this sorry, deleting my acc asap..." - BriSoFli, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3@BBeerB - Boy, you really showed him what being a stupid ignorant ***** is all about! Way to go...

http://www.embassypages.com/missions/embassy18620/ - huyashamasha, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Sounds interesting... but extremely doubtful.
- monomyth, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5happy 1st April everybody

Go Ad Hominem on the spammers if you want, not Ad Religium. - jimmiss, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1It's not possible for this many negative comments to appear naturally. I think someone is messing around with a script or something.
- BBeerB, on 10/12/2007, -5/+4@Khilafa
that (staged) action picture montage of that one guy is pretty gay. and by gay I mean flaming homosexual, thanks for spreading the gay with you mujahideen undertones.
April Fools!! - mackoid101, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5And the pranks begin...
- musicphreke, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3he was being sarcastic. plus, you can't delete PB accounts.
- 15charmaxwtf, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2I would say it is libertarian or anarcho-capitalist because it is based on voluntary interaction. The anarcho-capitalist position on copyright is pretty much that it is an artificial right. It is like if anyone has a copyright they (magically?) have power over every other bit of real property rights. For example, if someone has a CD-R it is their CD so as long as they are not harming anyone then they are doing no wrong. And what about if someone reads the material, it's in their brain. So, copyright is absurd and negates real property rights.
- zhulien, on 10/12/2007, -6/+4wouldn't it be funny if the the US Government started a World War because of "pirated movies for mass distribution"
- tsunamisteve, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Permanence is a man-made thing.
- SilverBack101, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1They did that with the Chinese Embassy during the war in the Balkans! :o
- stanleyf, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1In other news, an American fighter jet flying over Stockholm "accidentally" dropped a 500 kilo bomb on the korean embassy.
http://stanleyf.blogspot.com/ - Detritus, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2I don't think Anarchy is a fair description of a community whose sole purpose is collective-sharing; besides there is entirely too much bureaucracy in the scene that underlies PB. There is quite a lot of rules followed and policed by the community, they are very selective about which laws they chose not to obey...
The scene in general is a Technocracy whose members serve a socialist end while advancing their own agenda. You don't get a little red book, but you do get a good feeling of knowing that your efforts are enjoyed by millions of people disenfranchised by capitalism. The real reason you do it though is entirely non-idealistic personal pursuits like access and fame.
The Wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technocracy_%28bureaucratic%29 has an interesting section on Technocracy and Socialism. Small, but interesting because both sides of the argument are right. Proving what Churchill said about Democracy is true of all evolving forms of governance. Technocratic-Socialism is the worst form of government except for all of the others we've tried before.
It would be an interesting coup if PB could make an arrangement with a Socialist state. Cuban Bit Torrent Crisis! - JaffoCake, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2Probably the best of today's gags
- 8-bit, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2Ah *****, you got me.... I was about to flip out.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1It's an april fools joke. Long live the pirate bay and ***** Kim Jong Il - when we get done nuking Iran this summer it's gonna be his slanty slope ass next.
- 1view, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0TPB is always doing this stuff for attention, I love their site but they are old...
Some new good sites like http://btjunkie.org have been coming out that have taken me away... - reticulate, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0Men with guns?
- gronkers, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0Joke day aside, I have wondered whats to prevent somone from hosting a secure server from embassy grounds.
- counterstriker, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2zomg dugg 666 times, the christians are going to freak out
- xtlosx, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0ya this is one of the better ones.. although if it did happen it would sure piss of G.W. and the RIAA all at the same time
it's like one big kick in the balls! - saintdesy, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3Probably April Fools, but damn if it isn't a legitimately good idea. Those crazy North Koreans are already in to currency counterfeiting and international drug smuggling and manufacture, what's a little file-sharing to them?
- richofsilence, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3This April Fool's spam is getting old.
- janeregained1, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1The digg comment system is soooo broken, just crazy broken.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0i think the piratebay is having a network of diggers to spam their site here. i hate this guys. this is not good. piratebay is a useless crap compared to other torrent trackers ( eg :- www.torrentz.com , www.isohunt.com, etc )
