- NICU, on 10/12/2007, -1/+135Slightly off topic - I met a guy with a boat named "Sea++"
- kelek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+43I still remember someone with a car license plate of TAR XVF
- sandburn, on 10/12/2007, -6/+45How about "Sea Sharp"??
- mz00m, on 10/12/2007, -2/+37Down the street from me there's a sweet Subaru WRX STI w/ license plate:
"TOOR TOG"
(for the slow...Got Root?) - jayhawk88, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31I have a neighbor who has the tag "3141592". My wife was trying to figure out why someone would put their cell-phone number on their car tag, until I pointed out the significance.
- mbadolato, on 10/12/2007, -0/+25I've seen a white car with FFFFFF as its plate, around town a few times.
- cavemanf16, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22Best license plate evar!:
WWWWWWW
Seen on an Ohio plate earlier this year. -sorry, no pic-
I started laughing out loud as I drove behind him because I quickly realized how F-ing hard that was to read, both spoken and visually... too many W's to tell a dispatcher quickly and easily (if you're a cop chasing him), and too many zig-zag lines to easily tell how many W's there actually were when reading the plate. Too funny! - bitrot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18I've also seen "FFFF00" on a bright yellow VW Beetle.

- Grimdotdotdot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14An old Counter Strike buddy of mine picked up a second-hand Ford Escord with the plate L337 SAS - he didn't even notice until he got home.
Lucky bugger. - eggstylin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13Someone in my hometown owns PCMCIA. I thot that was pretty geeky.
- Pharaoh777, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14I was out once and I saw a Hummer with the plates "MPG LOL". It was awesome.
- Teaboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11I found the pictures on my phone:

http://www.geek24.com.nyud.net:8080/g/the-best-geeky-license-plates - Ganpachi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8My cell company asked me what four numbers I wanted for my new handset, and before I could think about what I was asking for, I ended up with xxx-1337. Part of me thinks it is pretty lame, but at least it is easy to remember.
- master_of_fm, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I saw the following on a car in the Bay Area...
UNIXINU - NexusOne, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6I love geek plates, here's mine.

"IBM FE"
she said she laughed for hours over that one, when I asked why, she said in medical terminology it means "I crap iron" aka i bowel movement iron. - jiminoc, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8guy at work has "codewhz"
- Teaboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6I always spot number plates with stuff like XXX0 RLY and XXXX WTF/OMG.
I saw C5 SUX before, which was quite funny.
A few weeks ago while drunk I stood outside someones house taking a picture of his number plate, which was "I FTW" and he was giving my dirty looks from his window.
And I also saw L357 OMG recently, on a dodgy old Renault 5. - SnapETom, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7I have "SO L337" on my car.
Unfortunately, they're New Jersey plates, making the message sort of contradictory. - jonathanforpres, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6mine is Webma*

- hlynch1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7mmmmmmmm!!!!!! pi
- pattersonb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5A lot of state issued license plates in Iowa end with GHZ so you have cars that are 123 GHZ. I find it amusing whenever I see one.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7the german one is not photoshop, we sell tons of geek plates:

The old lady at DMV didn't even bat an eyelash, I was all prepared to tell them it was anti terrorist "Waving This Flag, On Many Foreign Grounds" or some such bologna. - bvaughn, on 10/12/2007, -6/+10http://duggmirror.com
- Rochmndx, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6A couple of years ago, I was carpooling somewhere, and I was in the back seat with my friend, talking about how much I hated Microsoft. The driver said "umm... the guy ahead of us might agree with you."
... the car ahead of us had a Minnesota plate that read: MS Sucks (or something like that) - claco, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Here's mine:

- StarManta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Once I saw a bright red Passat with the license plate FF0000
And, slightly less cool but still geeky, was the one that simply said OTAKU. - shadus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4A buddy of mine at my first real admin job (an isp) had the license plate "devcar" when I started, then ohio changed to the 7 letter plates and he got "devauto". I envy his plate :(

I wanted "6X9EQ42" (six times nine equals fortytwo) but they wouldn't go for it. I think the "69" in there set off some alarms. - JudgeMonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3@UrlorJkron
