- Goose31, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0There's no reason why the bands should be suing them; bootleg recordings that ARE NOT OFFICIALLY RELEASED are legal to host in the US and other countries. If they take down this site, why not archive.org's collection of bootlegs?
As long as they haven't been released commercially, it won't hold up in court.
