- mentol, on 01/10/2008, -0/+4it's looking good but I'm not sure if people will move from other blogging platforms ...
- inactive, on 01/10/2008, -0/+4Good for them. Profy hasn been doing a great job through the years (and without the help of Digg, mind you). I can't wait to test out the new platform.
- MikeonTV, on 01/10/2008, -1/+3Blogger killer?
- TSCheredar, on 01/10/2008, -0/+2I dunno about Blogger killer, but I do like the added interaction.
- SvetlanaG, on 01/10/2008, -1/+2Thanks for the kind words, it is really easier to launch a product when you already have so many wonderful people around :) I will approve the invite request for you as soon as I see it, that's for sure.
- SvetlanaG, on 01/10/2008, -0/+1Well, we are a SF company with a development team in Russia. Should we hide it?
- SvetlanaG, on 01/11/2008, -0/+1Thanks for the kind wishes :)
- SvetlanaG, on 01/11/2008, -0/+1I don't know about Blogger killer - after all, you can not kill anything when you are in alpha :) But the added interaction is really something that makes Profy special.
- Emused, on 01/10/2008, -0/+1Disk quotas are real, and they can hurt you.
- josefresco, on 01/10/2008, -0/+1they have to get "San Fransisco" startup in there to make it seem more legit and 'cool'.
and do they really need to say "alpha"? That's just an excuse for the service to be bug ridden and craptacular.
/yawn - iViper, on 01/10/2008, -1/+2Really liking the look of the dashboard from those screenshots. Really not sure if people will be tempted away from the likes of wordpress though
- mesarah, on 01/10/2008, -0/+1Best of luck to Russian guys to bring profy
- SvetlanaG, on 01/10/2008, -1/+1The thing is that we actually offer a complete one-stop solution for all things blogging. This is why we do believe that people will have reasons to move. Especially when we add integration with other platforms so that people could use Profy to write and manage their Wordpress blogs, for example.

yawn
[/snark] - m4lomb, on 01/10/2008, -2/+2I used poplfy and it really sucks. From a usability perspective it stinks. Also, this is self-promotion spam and as such it shoud be burried.
- darkmotion, on 01/10/2008, -2/+2That's one ugly site.
- m4lomb, on 01/10/2008, -2/+2you should burry it.
- rusmoney, on 01/10/2008, -0/+0Good job
- eekra, on 01/13/2008, -0/+0Do the best!
- stokelake, on 01/10/2008, -4/+3Big deal, why the hell is the a digg worthy story? New software is launched everyday.
- inactive, on 01/10/2008, -2/+1I'm glad you're here to let everyone else know what they should and shouldn't Digg. Maybe if only you could Digg stories you think are suitable, it would save the rest of us idiots the trouble.
