  • hiroshi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this is NOT for the general public to abuse. this is for people that are unable to use a normal phone (i.e. the deaf community, or those with a speak impairment). you would be tying up the operators for people who would be unable to talk to the outside world otherwise. the 419 scammers have been using this relay service to use stolen credit cards to buy goods and have them sent to Nigeria. the operators have enough to deal with, DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. Think of it as parking in the handicap spot, but possibly endangering someone's life while you're at it.
