  • Jelfish, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Also, perhaps this could be extended such that predefined orders (say if you get the same thing every week) can be saved and requested with minimal SMS typing. For example, texting the number "1" gets you a pizza with certain toppings, soda, and wings, all with their own specifications that you define online after you make your account. Then, perhaps a confirmation text would be sent. This certainly helps the customer because it's a lot faster (particularly for large orders). Also it reduces incorrect orders because there's no transcription. Furthermore, the pizza parlors don't need to tie as many employees up with answering phone calls.
