    Essentially they have decided that the money they are losing from potential customers now outweighs the money they think they can save by hiding behind the "Beta" tag in court if something screws up and costs a company some serious cash. "But, your honor, it's clear from the logos that this service is a 'beta' and should not have been relied upon for mission critical data."
