    Maybe you live in San Fran or something and have access to 2-5 different ISPs, but most of America isn't that lucky. Hell I live in Manhattan and Road Runner is the only choice where I'm at, and two years ago I lived in Brooklyn and Optimum was the only choice there.

    I don't know how it got that way, or why its allowed to stay that way, but until that changes, we need Net Neutrality.
