Microsoft buys Sysinternals and Winternals

Their free tools include everything from the now famous RootKit Revealer that discovered the root kit on the Sony CDs to the Process Explorer that Windows programmers use to figure out what Windows is REALLY doing with all of those files it has open. Now Microsoft owns them. Is this a good thing?
