- coell, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1This article makes a good point that a lot of us don't care whether it's the porn -- we just want the Terms of Service to be clear so we can avoid being banned without a chance to defend ourselves. Their silence on this issue while anger and panic spread is not good service. I've spent five years and at least $150 on my account, so when I see it happening to others, I have to wonder if it will happen to me?
- laeiryn, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Hear hear. Just because they're an internet company doesn't mean that they don't have to treat their customers well. Especially if they want to make ANY money. And they refuse to SAY what's allowed and what isn't. It's been enough to keep me from buying a permanent account, or renewing the one I have now.
