- tagliare, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Finally a judge with common sense.
- Alex2, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Oh, just let the Google boys have their Austin Powers plane already!
- jer2eydevil88, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6``It's a party plane.'' and ``I didn't mean to embarrass them,''
Just don't make me think of this guy Jennings as a good person. Maybe he is and i'm interperating this wrong but I don't think it matters because in lue of his new financial adversaries (the founders of google) he might as well commit a petty crime and let the state pay his living expenses for a while. - Jams, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7no one has mentioned snakes yet...

Did you read the article? He did sign a non-disclosure agreement.
"While none of Jennings' former clients had ever asked him to sign a confidentiality agreement, Jennings did not protest when Brin and Page attached one to the February 2005 contract." - setec, on 10/12/2007, -4/+6Hopefully he comes to the right decision and rules that Google can't control everything. The guy should be allowed to say whatever he wants unless he signed some sore of non-disclosure agreement.
- fodder650, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Really does any of this matter? The previous poster is right. Boys and their toys. Why wouldn't you buy a 767 to use as a private jet if your the founders of Google? I think we should be more surprised it wasn't new and that they didn't just go to Boeing to get a special one made up.
- delay, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Let me see the goal of google is to index the world's information. Yet everytime some piece of info comes out about google that they don't necessarily want revealed, they have to go and sue. Does anyone else see the hypocrisy? The last time google had a temper tantrum when some writer did a search on Eric Schmidt. http://news.com.com/Google+balances+privacy%2C+reach/2100-1032_3-5787483.html
The Google leadership has some serious issues to work through... Don't be evil... yeah right. - JoeyDeacon, on 10/12/2007, -6/+8Michael Moore needs a jumbo.
- rhettnyedotorg, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2i heard that the plane has the ability to fly to outer space.
- johnnyrocket, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Has anyone brought up the fact that the real time information Google collects can be used to make investment decisions based on patterns and real-time chatter.
In other words, Google could very well be the ultimate insider trader, with such a vast collection of information, and very easily information that the public won't see. - mianos, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1He signed an NDA. What I can't work out is why the judge is letting him out of it?
- ThreeDogg, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4Zzzz... rich people soap opera. Boring! No digg.
- adambair, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2I'm sick of the mother-f-in snakes on these mother-f-in planes!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -11/+2I heard that the plane was equipped with special equipment to photograph the earth for an even better look from Google Earth.
- thomasprebble, on 10/12/2007, -10/+0Everyone has private jets these days. Michael Moore apparantly has one now. But really, they are all good guys so whats to matter?
