Whith these pieces of software installed on the server, a Jabber user can chat with buddies using any of the services transparently. If Google employs this, you would be able to talk to anyone on AIM/ICQ/MSN/Yahoo and (obviously) Jabber transparently with only one login. If they can tie in some other cool features like searchable chat logs and automatic translation, this could really be the killer app.
Plus, Jabber had built in support in many of the latest IM clients, so it is already very accessable without the need to download anything. - t0ny, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Does not work for me, keeps saying not allowed. But its there for sure! :)

Oh yeah, that would rox0r...seriously. A AJAZ page with tabs..so not only is it a crossplatform client, but you just need an AJAX compatible browser, sort of like AIM Express but with searchable chat logs, GMail integration, etc.
