- julieomg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i actually saw it before the digg effect and it was great. also a good tool for making quick screenshots for a portfolio without having to edit out the rest of the window or scroll down and piece it together.
- plumeria, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Same here, file not found.
- SomeFool91, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Last 24hrs server load: 42.34% - You can probaly explain why It's down now.

- garagefighter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0So if I look at my site with this site while using Safari...
- kimos, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Amazing idea! Too bad I get file not found...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"Click the image for the fullsize version."
Looks like a con to get clicks on the Chitika ad. - iSEPIC, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0shows me "mysql_connect() error" - I guess not so good? (probably dugg to death)
- Tsuroerusu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If you wanna know how your website looks in Safari just test it in KDE's Konqueror web browser, which uses a page rendering engine called KHTML, which Apple has based Safari on.
- techgeekthomas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"We apologize for the problem but the Mac server seems not to be online at the moment. Please come back later!"
- matrixtom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0would be handy if it worked. seems to have gotten 20% of its traffic since October in the last 24 hours.

Pretty slick. - sonofalink, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0mysql_connect() error
Funny, thats not how I REMEMBER my page looking on Safari.... - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Guess it's too early for the Apple haters or otherwise we'd have 4 or 5 "Safari sux" comments by now.
- DareD, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm getting a msql_connect error. Anyone else getting this?
- mentor972, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ironic that it doesn't work in Safari.
- smhill, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"i ahte safari. Not because it's apple, but because it doesnt like AJAX"
That is a dumb thing to say. There is no such thing as AJAX.
"AJAX" is lame term used for existing technologies. (DOM scripting + CSS and the XMLHttpRequest object.) All of which work fine in Safari/webkit. If a site is broken in Safari it means the developers are lazy/stupid/ignorant, not a limitation of Safari. IE6 significantly inferior to Safari/Moz/Opera, but you can code something to work in it which may break in other browsers. Sure there are shortcomings in Safari, but minimal and far less than IE. To say AJAX doesn't work in it is just plain stupid. - antoniojvr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0404 land....

And yes that is how my website looks like on Safari. :) - spamdies, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0cool so i can use this to see if my safari rediect to applesux.com works right?
- computerdude33, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0A few things:
1. WebKit, while based on KHTML, works with more web sites.
2. http://www.browsershots.org does this already.
3. Safari is a good product, with many bugs. This is more of a WebKit test than a Safari one, i.e. it will look the same in Shiira and (roughly, based off WebCore) OmniWeb. - Cippy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0All my sites look like that.
- NoahK, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks like the test is offline right now.
- GLSmyth, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0From someone who does not have a Mac, this is very useful. Digg.
- adamS, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I think the server's dead. Server load is listing at 110%.
- bedouin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"If you wanna know how your website looks in Safari just test it in KDE's Konqueror web browser, which uses a page rendering engine called KHTML."
Safari forked off some time ago; they're not the same. Mostly the same, but not to the point where Konqueror is going to tell you how a site will look with certainty. Remember, Safari passed the ACID2 test before Konqueror did. - snugtech, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Hi guys, I'm the webmaster of Snugtech.com, sorry for the downtime but I really wasn't expecting all that traffic :-)
Bye - flashywordz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0No one needs this service.. The answer is "Correctly, according to the standards set by the W3C."
- neave, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Here's how it works:
