HDTV's Will Get Stupid Cheap Next Month

gizmodo.com — According to HD Guru, Sony's not content with its less-than-number-one status in flat panels, so it's planning to claw its way back into consumers' hearts with deep price cuts on all of its 2008 models next month.

    If anyone actually reads the article, it's related to sony and a possible pricewar with other top brand tv's only.
    Also, after an astounding $400 price cut on a sony 40inch 1080p television. It's only, lets see, oh, $200-250 more than you'd pay for a non-sony 42inch 1080 television. Which for informations sake is worthless than $1000 now if you shop around.

    Or basically. Sony cuts prices and still doesn't come near the current market price. Wow, what news.

    I have been wanting to buy this top of the line LCD for several month and couldn't believe my eyes when its price kept going up every single month. Now, does this stupid price cut simply mean going back to the price level in February?
