give a mobile device that: 1/ connects to the Internet 2/ has a browser that displays web pages correctly 3/ costs very little (per month) and you've got yourself a blockbuster.
google knows that. Microsoft knows that. apple knows that. everybody knows that. the question is not who would do it first but who could use it as a leverage.

Secret means that it does not initially file its name as the owner of the patent to prevent easy discovery by competitors and public and general.
