- xOpifex, on 12/11/2007, -1/+19Robot Google Cat is watching you masturbate.
- micahwave, on 12/11/2007, -0/+18its not very long until google becomes self aware
- inactive, on 12/11/2007, -4/+18Wow! More places where Google can catch me taking a leak by the side of the road!
- SkippyDoorknob, on 12/11/2007, -0/+13Your house has already been photographed multiple times by many different companies and organizations.
- indieAnnaJones, on 12/11/2007, -2/+12Detroit is quite breathtaking this time of year.
- themarq, on 12/11/2007, -0/+9I wish they'd hurry up and release the photos from Canadian cities. I followed a google car around Calgary back in early September. Hopefully I can see myself waving.
- nathanaver, on 12/11/2007, -0/+9C'mon do Seattle already, I want to see what happens when they drive around the Microsoft campus.
- Crimsoneer, on 12/11/2007, -0/+9Wohoo! Now I can wander around my college, FROM MY ROOM!
- skippyatuw, on 12/11/2007, -2/+10Are you referring to the "you're not going to be breathing anymore because you just got shot" kind of breathtaking?
- dezman2003, on 12/11/2007, -1/+9Wow they did Detroit. I've always wanted to see the gangsta in his natural habitat it'll be like a natural geographic video...
- carguy84, on 12/11/2007, -0/+7I've seen the cameras on these cars, they don't zoom in that much, djdavey... ;)
- Zera, on 12/11/2007, -0/+6They got the 35W bridge and the construction going on just a few days/weeks before the collapse......
http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=44.98016,-93.23 ... - cusoman, on 12/11/2007, -0/+6Uhh, you really don't know a whole lot about MSP, aka the Twin Cities, do you?
- inactive, on 12/11/2007, -1/+7I want Google colonoscopy.
Street view does seem pretty neat especially if they got shots without traffic. - listrophy, on 12/11/2007, -1/+7Oh come on!! Not Madison yet? This summer, I got StreetView'ed in Madison while riding my motorcycle with a PS3 strapped to the back. I should be on about 6 blocks' worth of images. :b
- inactive, on 12/11/2007, -0/+5They came by my street...and it's perfect. A living memorial to the solar lights that were stolen shortly after the photographs were taken. TAKE THAT HACK CRIMINALS! MY SOLAR LIGHTS WILL LIVE FOREVER! YOU CAN'T STEAL THESE! Hey...maybe the google people stole them...
- chinolofus, on 12/11/2007, -0/+4does he sell expensive speakers at an affordable price?
- DCesque, on 12/12/2007, -0/+4Aww c'mon Google... you did PROVIDENCE before DC? C'mon...its only the nation's capital. District residents want some goddamn street view.
- sexybobo, on 12/11/2007, -0/+4You mean "Google Cavity Search"? if so it should be coming latter this year
- sexybobo, on 12/11/2007, -0/+4they are using hydrogen cars.
- pixelguru, on 12/11/2007, -1/+4...and for some reason much of northern Delaware has been captured.
- tidu, on 12/11/2007, -0/+3Nintendo of America's there too, right? I remember sending my artworked envelopes to Redmond, WA
- iseth, on 12/11/2007, -0/+3Yeah, we don't get enough cool tech stuff here in Madison. This would be especially handy for the downtown area. It's so confusing for my out-of-town friends.
- TechCF, on 12/11/2007, -0/+3Europe?
- superyounan1, on 12/11/2007, -1/+4can't wait for Chicago.
i guess i can wait, its not that big of a deal - Nyaos, on 12/11/2007, -0/+3You can cross the Minnesota Cedar Ave. Bridge, the pictures in Minneapolis were taken before August it seems.
- pcsperson, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2Glad Detroit is on the map for something good :)
- pardonmedoug, on 12/11/2007, -1/+3post it again! This time, capitalize the F in your name and make it #100! Wooooooooooo
- inactive, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2It's useful for location scouting.
- pixelbender, on 12/11/2007, -1/+3I've seen'em in St Louis.
- cmallinson, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2Well how much gas have they saved by providing a mapping application they always tells me exactly how to get somewhere without driving all over the damn place. Now it even tells me how to get places on the bus. Sounds like a good investment of a little gas.
- kiiwii, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2::walks around alma matter Boston College::
Sweet. A city I actually know my way around, this is going to ruin my productivity. - Gavagai80, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2Throw a tarp over it. Grow a thick canopy of trees. Invest in camouflage. Build underground.
- nayr, on 12/12/2007, -0/+2Sox fans rejoice: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=4+Yawkey+Way,+Boston ...
- Mapper99, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2
Great news! Can't wait to see the interesting Google Street View "finds" that will be surfacing via this guys page with close to 1000 Google Street View finds:
http://streetviewgallery.corank.com - HoboMaster, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2Hey, don't diss it. I'm sure quite a few Diggers could use a roadmap in there.
- liquidjamm, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2Yay for Providence...
- Pie4Weebl, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2I can't wait till stl is posted!
- theantidote, on 12/12/2007, -0/+2I want it too but I think we won't get it for a while because of "security concerns."
- pixelguru, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2I'm in Pike Creek, just north of Newark, and they practically got everything. I'm guessing that a relative of someone who works at Google lives around here or something... I can't see the tangle of neighborhoods and townhouses around here having the same draw as New York or Denver.
- StanleyKoolPrik, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2Chicago's already there, ya maroon.
- NoodleGuy, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1They were here in MKE not too long ago, probably just takes time to compile the pictures.
- vertinox, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1Good old packard plant:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&tim ... - boejangles, on 12/12/2007, -1/+2OH NO! the number 23.... i better go kill my wife...brb
- zeroduck, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1According to this site the MSP metro area has about 3 million. I say its a good place for street view, but I live here.
http://www.dataplace.org/area_overview/?place=p26. ... - bobman2007, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1I am a resident of Redmond too. The most annoying thing about Microsoft is that all of the employees get to ride the Metro buses for free when they flash their Microsoft badge.
- stalefries, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1By walking, you mean clicking, right?
- SkippyDoorknob, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1I don't want that Hubble telescope photographing my house!
