What the ***** are you talking about? You can't just throw around crazy accusations like that without a source or two.
Hey everybody, fatdog789 not only supports child rape in Brazil, he also eats raccoon testicles while he shoves rolling pins up his ass. - technoanarkst, on 10/12/2007, -0/+23This is funny. If you search for "KinderStart" on google, there are atleast 2 pages of blog posts about the law suit, and there's no link in the first two pages that links directly to KinderStart.com. Yeah... ya'll did them a favor.
- mouthster, on 10/12/2007, -2/+24This lines things up nicely for when Google completely drops Viacom and all their properties from indexed search due to their YouTube lawsuit.
- SkippyDoorknob, on 10/12/2007, -1/+23I come up before you even do a search!
Sincerely,
Frank Google - strictnein, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17@Prysorra
Because they were VIOLATING GOOGLE'S WRITTEN POLICIES
Typing in all caps is rad! - askjosh, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17lmao I would soo love to see that happen.
- bitterg, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18Three cheers for sanity in the judicial system! Please spare some for the executive, thanks!
- spearce, on 10/12/2007, -3/+19well i don't even show up until page 5 when you google my name. google i'm coming for you.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+15I don't know why, but the "ads by google" in the middle of the kinderstart page is really funny to me.
- serpicolugnut, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14So what if the company was dropped form the index completely, or as Pysorra says...
"DROPPED FROM THE INDEX COMPLETELY".
Google doesn't owe them any ranking at all. And who's to say that KinderStart didn't do something like switch servers/IP addresses/etc that would usually bring about an (albeit) temporary drop from the index?
My site goes from being #1 on a search to not showing up at all from time to time. BFD. - unlimitedorb, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10"If you stand me up on a date..."
Weird Al: I'll Sue Ya - Benjamin2040, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Not sure about treating them better, but who in their right minds would think they were liable?!?! It's Google's database, they can do whatever they want with it.
- shableep, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8don't ask my why, but those faces just don't look right...

What a scoop! - ionchannels, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4What is Kinderstart blubbering about, they have 350 pages indexed by Google:
http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&safe=off&q=site%3Akinderstart.com&btnG=Search
So what, sites get dropped all the time, just file a reinclusion request, wait 3 weeks and forget it ever happened. - Dayyve, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I think it's the weird tongue thing or maybe the boy just has a willy in lieu of a tongue.
- Giever, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I always sort of wonder why people end up saying the motto is "Do no evil" rather than what it actually is, "Don't be evil" No big difference, it doesn't actually bother me. I figure it's because of that three wise monkey thing, see no evil, etc.
- aliengoods, on 10/12/2007, -6/+9They may have to 'Do no evil' motto, but they're motivated by profit. Just ask the citizens of China.
- d03boy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2At least you guys don't get taken to a homosexual comic website when you google your name.
- lburgguy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3What ads, aren't you using Firefox and the appropriate extensions
- blueimac540c, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Is it just me or does the KinderStart website SUCK?
- Asdfglpwglion, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Big (Freaking) Deal?
- Ryosen, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2"...while he shoves rolling pins up his ass"
And, yet, he still has no problem talking out of his ass. Amazing. - aldomatic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1well now KinderStart.com might rank higher for this bad-good PR.
- aywwts4, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I may have missed it, but I don't see kinderstart's website on the first 10 pages! (if im wrong please post what page you found it on)
- MadOtaku, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Why?
- GraceHead, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3Yeah, then Google could take them to court for Kinderstart dropping google from their precious associations!
- billraydrums, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2I suppose Kinderstart could disassociate themselves with Google if they don't like the ruling.
- frodsteamin2, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1google has taken over kindergardens,..whats next?
- paulajohnw, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2* Kinderstart.com 's page rank rises
- ghpoobah, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1BFD? WTF?
- Prysorra, on 10/12/2007, -19/+9"Wow, I guess Google's NOT financially liable whenever a company's search position goes down"
The company was DROPPED FROM THE INDEX COMPLETELY.
For the love of all that is holy, don't understate the situation just to give yourself a slam-dunk one-liner. - neoknight, on 10/12/2007, -16/+4http://www.kinderstart.com/
that's the site, make them happy send a few extra clicks their way. - TuscaloosaBum, on 10/12/2007, -20/+2we treat google better because they're better people
- fatdog789, on 10/12/2007, -37/+5Google's arbitrary enforcement of its own policies creates serious doubts about their do no evil motto. Censorship in china, supporting child sex traffic in Brazil, dropping companies and media organizations from their index just because they don't agree with their views. They even blocked at least 3 magazines who ran a story about using Google for identity theft.
Google's so much more evil than MS ever was. At least MS had business reasons for what they did. What's Google's excuse for supporting child rape in Brazil?

What is Digg?
