Garage Games starts Social Networking site

greatgamesexperiment.com — Garage Games has started 'The Great Games Experiment', it's a cross between MobyGames and MySpace. You can create profiles for games, talk to your favorite game developers, and customize your profile to hell and back. So far it's still in beta, but you can get in right away if you sign up using ShackNewsGGE as your referral code.

    I set my own profile as sort of a online resume and portfolio all in one. I've not used the badge feature yet, most of the forms I visit have HTML disabled, but I feel it's a fairly crafty way to spread the gospel of your favorite games. Kinda like the XBL gamer badge, but more orange.
