- moulin1, on 05/07/2008, -0/+1Thats the shortest decision I have ever seen. My guess is the judge stopped reading the motion when he got to "the Court was wrong". Bad choice of words. In any case if he did keep reading they misrepresented that their Settlement Support Center's actions were protected because they were legitimately settling a lawsuit. Without mentioning that they extort money before filing a lawsuit.
