    Kind of like those stories that say 58% percent of current iPod users would consider buying a Zune. The "consideration" might be a brief, internal monologue like "wonder if I should buy a Zune.......nah." but that doesn't matter because the SPIN translates to something else.

    Somehow, the media got a hold of this word and suddenly what were online editorials and weekly columns were suddenly blogs. Sites like Slashdot are called blogs now.

    Don't even get me started on Web 2.0.
