engadget.com — First, and most obviously, the site is complete satire, and unlike this week's Think Secret shutdown, there are no possible or probable trade secrets published that would get Apple lawyers up in arms. Sure, Real Steve Jobs may have grown tired of the FSJ act, but as far as we know, constitutionally there's not a lot he or anyone else can do..

If you are gonna be so trigger happy, find a valid reason why Apple is an evil corporation. Believe me you can find a valid reason for any company just don't make it so obvious that your badge of bias hate against Apple shows to much.

If you give one innocuous article out of The Onion to someone who's never read it before, they're not going to know it's satire right away either; the tongue was too far in the cheek , so to speak, since we've all seen far more absurd *real* legal threats.
