- Lane, on 12/03/2007, -0/+32I thought this would be coming soon for the Xbox 360, it sounds like the ultimate sim!
- thinkingserious, on 12/03/2007, -1/+24Need to go block this site from my wife's computer.
- KanosWRX, on 12/03/2007, -2/+25People give up to easily these days or marry to quickly. Thats the sad fact. I understand sometimes you have to divorce due to abuse or other similar reasons. But sometimes I think people just don't try hard enough anymore.
- cfarrugia, on 12/03/2007, -4/+25shouldn't we be helping people reunite, rather than divorce?
- Citizenkan3, on 12/03/2007, -1/+18That's Connect360's job.
- Lovely0Lady, on 12/03/2007, -0/+16A marriage isn't as strong as it once was. People today take marriage way too lightly. I say stay single for as long as you can. Don't look to marry.....look to enjoy life. If someone that is your match is found then get married, but don't just get married because the other person wants you to or because everyone else expects you to. Screw them! Just make sure that you're happy. Then, we wouldn't need websites like this.
- SpykerSpeed, on 12/03/2007, -1/+10Yeah, but planning a divorce well before you tell your spouse? That's pretty unethical.
- remyD, on 12/03/2007, -0/+9Marriage is the leading cause of divorce.
- vault, on 12/03/2007, -3/+11This kind of sick actually.
- cleverboy, on 12/03/2007, -1/+8Divorce is not "statistically inevitable". Marked as "inaccurate". "Statistically more probably" is not "statistically inevitable". Come on, ppl.
- NyteStarNyne, on 12/03/2007, -0/+7Divorce360: So you got the 3 Red Lights on your relationship, what's next?
- supyonamesjosh, on 12/03/2007, -0/+6What a sad world we live in where divorce is stastically inevitable
- Skooma714, on 12/03/2007, -0/+6No, go into your house.
If you are a man everything you see within 360 degrees is hers now. Even if she was the one who cheated. - iZealot, on 12/03/2007, -0/+5lol, people who purchased a 360 on amazon should also purchase this. That way it will be a suggested item for all future 360 buyers.
Seeing this being suggested with Halo 3 would just kill. - confusednazgul, on 12/03/2007, -0/+5And sometimes that's why people have no choice but to choose divorce: One partner refuses to try ANYTHING. It takes both people making an effort to save a marriage, and even then it's not always possible.
- inactive, on 12/03/2007, -0/+5But, to walk away, wouldn't you actually have to turn 180 degrees? 360 will just put you right back where you start--- ohhhh.
- ToastPop, on 04/17/2009, -0/+5Well for starters, someone else already said it a few comments up.
- Corneileus, on 12/03/2007, -2/+6Divorce does happen. Would you rather people go through MORE pain and stress if it happens to them?
- Bahimiron, on 12/03/2007, -0/+4Divorce360? ***** that. Worst achievements ever.
- Gerfervonbob, on 12/03/2007, -0/+3If they have kids then people need to work it out and use divorce as the absolute last option.
- rmetzger, on 12/03/2007, -0/+3technically shouldest it be divorce180 ... as you want to move away from your ex not back towards them?
- Obsidian743, on 12/03/2007, -0/+3The eHarmony ads next to a "How to save this marriage" link just cracks me up.
- inactive, on 12/03/2007, -0/+3Mmm. I love the smell of capitalizing on human misery!
- inactive, on 12/03/2007, -3/+6Divorce360, making it easier to take half his stuff
- Ghoztt, on 12/03/2007, -2/+5Divorces are too profitable for evil people. Lawyers, Judges, Child Support Agents, & Police/Sheriff all get money when couples divorce with children. That's why our society & specifically the LAWMAKERS will never stop tempting the woman to divorce the man. "Look! You can go screw a different guy (even though it's a FACT that most child abuse happens away from the father!) take half (or more) of the Fathers' wealth and force him to pay child support (even though the State will take most of the conveniently named 'child support', handing some to the Mother... transfer of wealth scheme). Hell, even if he wants to keep the kids we'll side with you because he has a penis and you have a vagina."
Wake up people, we're ***** following Russia into a Socialized system where men get ***** over so much that they don't want to have children. This Country is going to hell in a hand basket. - SwedishNinja, on 12/03/2007, -0/+3Q: Why do they call it Divorce360?
A: Because after you leave your wife or husband, you'll turn 360 degrees and walk away. - Skooma714, on 12/03/2007, -1/+4And maybe moar, the kids are standard.
Step 1: Make up any crazy story, courts will buy it so long as you have a vagina. Really, anything works as long as a woman says it.
Step 2: Start crying
Step 3: Manipulate kids if available.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit! - Skooma714, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2How to save a marriage?
It's usually F5 or F6. Pause menu is fine too. - stockjones, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Pretty depressing.
- legom, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2except that Lane called it first: http://www.digg.com/tech_news/Divorce360_To_Walk_Y ...
- dark1587, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Some things are too close (and unpleasant) to real life that would make them virtually unplayable for many. I think this is one of them.
- EserVerx, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2The game play will be horrible...
- jordanrobbins, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Divorce360 until it supports divx/xvid
- 3tcp, on 12/03/2007, -2/+4Divorce360, making it easier to take half his stuff
- candafilm, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Although the 360 will probably be the cause of my divorce!
- Dustin00, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2100% of all divorces are caused by marriage.
Help stop divorce! - payrolldude, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2I do not believe in divorce. That said, my wife of 23 years has filed for divorce. This has been the hardest time of my life. I did NOTHING impeachable, really. The worst of this is seeing what our daughter is going thru. Listen people: If you don't believe in the sanctity of marriage: DON'T GET MARRIED!!!! I mean it!!!
- phphreak, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Don't believe this half of all marriages end in divorce nonsense, it's statistically untrue. Michael Medved did some research on this and broke the myth wide open...
- tacroy, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Nah, physical / chemical attraction is not as powerful as people say. Our (my) culture has lost all understanding of the word "love" and replaced it with any number of things that don't work.
Take for example:
I love my new shoes.
I love my xbox.
I love "insert celebrity name here"
Marriage only works within a certain context, since the majority are no longer interested in living inside that context then they should abandon the concept of marriage and save lots of trouble. - Christbait, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2For a moment there, I thought it was a site for people to get rid of their Xbox addiction.
- RonaldLewis, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2Never get married if you want a life of peace and happiness.
- SwedishNinja, on 12/03/2007, -0/+2OWN-ulment! 200G
- JSchwage, on 12/03/2007, -1/+2This is just sick.
- rarson, on 12/03/2007, -0/+1I think a lot of people jump into marriage just as quickly as they jump out of it.
- Amablue, on 12/03/2007, -2/+3It doesn't always work out that way. Not every couple who marries were meant to (or should) be together. Theres already lots of support sites for couples. We can't just ignore divorce. There needs to be a site for divorcees too. Having seen my parents mess divorce and the mistakes they made that made things harder for us I think this is a good thing.
- s0nicfreak, on 12/03/2007, -0/+1Well of course women are more likely to file for divorce; they're the ones going to profit from it... They're not the ones who are going to lose half or more of their stuff, and have to pay alimony, and child support for kids they barely get to see...
Women don't need men nowadays, but they sure seem to still need their money. - OrangeTide, on 12/03/2007, -0/+1I prefer cultures where women have to burn themselves alive if they are rejected by their husband. But to be fair it should work the other way too. That's how enlightened I am.
- vault, on 12/03/2007, -0/+1Well said.
- OrangeTide, on 12/03/2007, -0/+1We don't call a spouse a partner for nothing. Some people get too wrapped up in the cultural ***** that shoves them into relationships they are not ready for. True that traditionally you are expected to get married as soon as you're an adult, but tradition assumes you also bring with you the responsible behavior that goes with it.
Divorce is generally not an ugly thing when kids are not involved. But it can be terrible when there are kids. People should probably take on an attitude that a partner is about a partnership where you cooperate to achieve shared goals. Those goals may be living happily together, or raising a family, etc. And the situation is almost always very dynamic so we must learn to adapt. - Cyberdactyl, on 12/03/2007, -0/+1You might be shocked how many spouses say and actually BELIEVE that till they come home one day and the other half is gone.
