I attempted to post comments since the new system was implemented and it has not worked! They show up in a thread and they disappear. So, I do not bother to comment anymore and I have begun looking at alternatives to Digg. I am sure that I am not the only one experiencing these problems. Don't get to ahead of yourselves Diggers! Fix the comment system and then maybe your user base will begin to grow again.
