- jayadelson, on 10/12/2007, -3/+44Yeah, I wish. Still, how cool is it that they put that in there? We were all pleased at Rev3 and Digg, of course.
- kowgod, on 10/12/2007, -2/+24So, is Rev3 going to get a cut of every server sold after they sue IBM for copyright infringement? Clearly, the Diggnation shirt is going to be what sells the servers. I know I just bought three!
;) - treelovinhippie, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18Though they weren't cool enough to use a black Diggnation shirt :)

- Krule, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Yes we do!! We're (mostly) geeks at heart, and I can guarentee you this: Walking through any lab, you will inevitably find a couple of Firefox tabs with Digg on auto-refresh (Now if only someone would ajaxify the site to avoid the need to refresh the front page for fresh top stories ;-) )
- spitfire6006006, on 10/12/2007, -5/+8a better question is why wouldn't anyone?
- thenativeraver, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Sweet, I have always liked IBM. Afterall they made one of my first computers.

- SyxxtySyxx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Yeah, I want a blue diggnation shirt so badly... Jinx, make it happen!
- spoooon, on 10/12/2007, -4/+7The fact that the Diggnation shirt appeared in the ad may be old but the fact that IBM sent Rev3 a framed copy of the ad is something new. This bit of information happens to be what the blog is focusing on! That seems like a rather impressive move on their part considering the size company that they are.
- mwilke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2IBM is ok in my book. That is classy of them to give you guys the framed print copies.
- TheWalkingDude, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Found one:

Hate to be a jerk, but i will anyways.
Diggnation is not a copyright. It is a Trademark. Trademarks are designed to avoid customer confusion, and even a moron in a hurry could distinguish between IBM and diggnation.

- Universal, on 10/12/2007, -5/+7Maybe we'll see a special edition blue Diggnation shirt? That would be cooool!
- Iktomi, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2IBM has a copy of the ad and a link to the earlier Digg comments at http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/iwantani/videos_ads.html

- MackPrime, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1i read digg mostly for the comments, i have kotaku and junk bookmarked.
- Axim, on 10/12/2007, -7/+6just like your mother trebek
- KIERANMULLEN, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2A link to a copy of the ad would be useful and a smart thing to add.
- flashboy131, on 10/12/2007, -6/+3Chill out.
- TheWalkingDude, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2Maybe I missed it, but I was hoping Digg the Blog or someone else would discuss the latest upgrades to Digg. Digg was out of service for a little while and now I notice that it takes more diggs than before to get promoted to the front page. I also noticed that Dailymotion videos now display an image preview like YouTube and Google video do (awesome). Anyone else notice other changes? Or can anyone point me to a page where other people discussed this? Cheers.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Absolutley right Marix... this story is dross of the highest order
- marix, on 10/12/2007, -10/+6this was touched upon months ago when the ad first appeared. It's appeared in several articles since and as stated above was the choice of some random model and not the company. Its lame and old and totally worthless.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -10/+2Here's the real question: Does digg run off of IBM servers?
- Scottish, on 10/12/2007, -11/+2FFS, can't people just put the Digg Blog RSS feed into their feed reader of choice, get notified when a new post is made, and keep quiet about it? Digg is for finding links to sites one wouldn't normally visit all the time, and we know the people who post Digg Blog stories to Digg check the Digg Blog every day. We don't need Digg Blog stories on Digg.
[This is boilerplate copy calling for the prohibition of all Digg masturbation stories. Marked as lame.] - marix, on 10/12/2007, -36/+7This story is completely worthless.
Why would anyone give a ***** at all.
Marked as lame.
