- sarasowrong, on 11/05/2008, -5/+153notice how the screen shot the writer took of the "Digg this if you voted for Obama" digg story headline says "dugg!"
- aznpwnzor, on 11/06/2008, -10/+151TRON PAUL
- Bricks, on 11/06/2008, -2/+105Now all we need is for Obama to crack the code of a major DRM routine!
- mike648, on 11/06/2008, -5/+92I believe this was the topic that received more Diggs:
http://digg.com/tech_news/Digg_This%3A_09-f9-11-02 ... - Dinsdale77, on 11/06/2008, -10/+91Most of that was McCain checking Digg to see if he had lost yet.
- Kruez, on 11/06/2008, -8/+67The Digg Effect is nothing compared to the Obama Effect.
- quiggibub, on 11/06/2008, -2/+55There wouldn't be enough tissues in the world to clean up that mess.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -46/+92It would have been a sad day for scientists like myself everywhere.
- aresef, on 11/06/2008, -0/+39Can Digg be taken out by the Digg effect?
- twiztidsinz, on 11/06/2008, -3/+36Most dugg story:
"Digg This: 09-f9-11-02-9d-74-e3-5b-d8-41-56-c5-63-56-88-c0 http://blog.digg.com/?p=74 http://digg.com/tech_news"/Digg_This%3A_09-f9-11-02-9d-74-e3-5b-d8-41-56-c5-63-56-88-c0
Here to see them all: http://digg.com/search?s=http&submit=Search§io ... - Chicken001, on 11/06/2008, -2/+3409-F9-11-02-9D-74-E3-5B-D8-41-56-C5-63-56-88-C0
- Wakuko, on 11/06/2008, -2/+33Keep him at 1
- BugMeNot2, on 11/06/2008, -2/+3109-f9-11-02-9d-74-e3-5b-d8-41-56-c5-63-56-88-c0
:) - sockpuppets, on 11/06/2008, -8/+33Please place your tray in the upright and locked position for your rapid descent. And once again thank you for crashing with McCain Airlines.
- JimmyFitz, on 11/06/2008, -4/+27What's the number one dugg submission?
- travisMarc, on 11/06/2008, -2/+25By far the funniest days in Digg's history. Had no idea it was almost 2 years ago. The fact that you only have 28 diggs is a testament to how many old school diggers have been lost because of how crap-filled the site has become.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -3/+22Ha ha ***** you reddit!
- NathanCH, on 11/06/2008, -1/+20I kept refreshing every few minutes to see how fast the articles were getting dugg.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -4/+22The saddest part of all this are the losers on wikipedia who were rushing to make edits to all the pages related to the election.
- dsarnoLAT, on 11/06/2008, -0/+17His imitation of club music was funny tho.
- sockpuppets, on 11/06/2008, -1/+17Retards don't get laid in Ibiza either.
- mayra1201, on 11/06/2008, -3/+19It would've been a massive dig-gasm
- overt, on 11/06/2008, -0/+14Looks like Digg was suffering the Digg effect.
- f821, on 11/06/2008, -0/+14Lamest Comeback Ever.
- AndrewDB, on 11/06/2008, -4/+17The Digg effect would have occurred to Digg.
Shortly there-after the world and the universe would have imploded upon itself. - masterkenobi, on 11/06/2008, -1/+14I'm kind of wondering now what Digg will be like after all of this calms down. More Lolcats? Increase in xkcd comics?
- S2000, on 11/06/2008, -1/+14That's awesome, but now we need to focus on the next goal. Two and a half months from now, I foresee the most dugg article for the rest of time:
Obama's Inauguration Speech: "My Fellow Americans: 09-f9-11-02-9d-74-e3-5b-d8-41-56-c5-63-56-88-c0" - sockpuppets, on 11/06/2008, -6/+19Please, sir, no pandering while crashing. Place the air mask firmly around your nose and mouth then pull the tube gently to start the flow of oxygen.
- sockpuppets, on 11/06/2008, -0/+12Republicans don't get laid in Ibiza.
- elizabethb221, on 11/06/2008, -0/+11I noticed that the wikipedia page for Tupac's song "Changes" was changed this afternoon. Haha.
"And although it seems heaven-sent, we ain't ready to see a black President" - RSS14, on 11/06/2008, -8/+19Digg betrayed Ron Paul a long time ago.
- WafflesID, on 11/06/2008, -3/+13Yeah, nobody cares anymore, which is why we're still here in digg talking about ANOTHER digg article talking about obama....
If it pisses you off so much, just put the damn keyboard down and go outside. Nobody is forcing you here. - quiggibub, on 11/06/2008, -0/+10I'm pretty sure it's not.
- searcade, on 11/06/2008, -0/+10Am i the only one who experienced digg to timeout a few times that day? everything is fine with my internet never experienced this before.
- bstew22, on 11/06/2008, -0/+10Doug!
- dsenman, on 11/06/2008, -1/+10If he knew how to use the Internet...
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -6/+14There's always a tradeoff. For instance, Obama won but he won't be as reformer as Ron Paul would've been and let's not even start with all the promises that Obama might break.
Also, Ron Paul won't change dramatically the education system as you might think. Creationism is his believe but he knows that is not the role of the government to push a single way of thinking. - TheMachine1, on 11/06/2008, -0/+8Thats illogical if there was a high percentage of gays on Digg there likely would be more stories/comments on Prop. 8 . The fact your preoccupied with the issue suggest you have some personal confusion on the issue. If you want a Biblical view on it Jesus was not preoccupied with the issue homosexuality.
- MeltingIce, on 11/06/2008, -0/+8I don't think hes cleaning up tears...
- kronix2, on 11/06/2008, -19/+27Not just scientists, but simply people who didn't want a creationist, science-rejecting Christian fundamentalist as their President.
- mraymond80, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7Yea, actually the article linked that story... Guess you didn't read the whole thing.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -10/+17All right! My comment on that article was one of the first 600 (I feel special)!
- BossKey, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7Macworld's coming up...
- somestranger26, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7Here you go:
http://digg.com/tech_news/Digg_This%3A_09-f9-11-02 ... - int19h, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7Gah, conditional diggs are lame ("vote if...").
- DiggityDugged, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7I was the one who submitted that :)
The irony of seeing dictionary.com labeled as inaccurate that day was pretty funny. - Dyyhpys, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7we can try
- Askee, on 11/06/2008, -0/+7NOW I GET IT LOL
*****, I'm slow... - nshady, on 11/06/2008, -0/+6Good news, everyone!
