Digg for Music (sort of MMO-like...)

thesixtyone.com — As an OiNK refugee, I often relied on it to help me find new music. I stumbled across this site called "thesixtyone" in the Demonoid forums and have been beta testing it since. Looks like Digg for music at first glance, but it's more of a music discovery "game" where you can actually earn points for picking cool songs. I'm addicted.

  • datagog, on 12/10/2007, -0/+0Like it or not, this is ingenious. Take the time to browse a bit and the clear enthusiasm with which they approached their subject shines through. Like an open fish market, these songs are definitely the catch of the day, are you listening Songfish?

Dont mean to sound dumb here, but my sister was looking at this on her laptop and for some reason her brightness/contrast settings were way off (i guess she never noticed considering she only uses her computer for word and excel, which are nearly white...). so the site looked like absolute *****...no outlines, borders, just lots of stuff on the page. maybe you're having the same issue lordskywalker?
