From past accounts, the $200M Google deal fell through, Kevin rejected Yahoo!'s $30M and the investors turned down Rupert Murdoch's $100M.
The fact that Yahoo! offered $30M, and this round of funding required $29M, is pretty unappealing math, especially when the valuation is only $175M and investors have already dumped more unrecouped investment into the company in the past.
If anything else they need a new negotiating team which can keep everyone at the table and get a deal done - these offer were from their top suitors, and I doubt any of them will be coming back with a *higher* offer with this past experience. - MrZaiko, on 09/27/2008, -0/+5How many 40's can you buy with that?
