Debbie Foster Demands RIAA Post $210K Security for Attorneys Fees

recordingindustryvspeople.blog… — In view of the RIAA's one-month delay in paying $68,685 attorneys fee award, and intimations that it would delay further by seeking a stay and an appeal, Ms. Foster's attorneys made a motion for the RIAA to post $210,000 in security to cover the past attorneys fees plus the possible future attorneys fees needed to oppose the appeal.

    The title of this digg post needs work; could explain why this article:

    Has so many more diggs even though its regarding the same subject matter. Maybe keep the more broad, general reader in mind. For example: I dont know who Debbie Foster is. And I dont completely know what a "210k security" is, so you could drop that.
