- DubbleA, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Thats a lot of tools! I wanted to know if digg had some widgets, and now I found them. Thanks!
- PowerCow, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17They missed the #1 tool IMO

Block a digg article Greasmonkey script.(or you can use it in opera as well sans the monkey)
so you can block ubuntu, xbox, ipod, britney spears or whatever you are sick of seeing on digg.
Really should be part of diggs native code. - sahaskatta, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3New version of the Digg Search Widget for Yahoo! Widgets has been released:

note win and mac support and has a digg v3 GUI - Gregd, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1@powercow
As far as I know, this script will no longer work. It hasn't been updated since November 2005 and diggfan.com is no longer. There will also not be anymore ongoing support from Ash. Please don't encourage anyone else to use this script, although thanks for the kudos.
PS: This is the Digg New Features at the bottom of the page. - PowerCow, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"As far as I know, this script will no longer work."
it works just fine
.. i am using it now
it does have a bug were it no longer reports how many pages you are blocking right now.. but turn it off and you will see it is working.
"PS: This is the Digg New Features at the bottom of the page."
Um no it isnt.. and that script cant be found on userscripts as well.. and unfortunately it DOES NOT work anymore..
I used to like it because it made quoting easy, but it is dead. They are made by the same person though. Wish he would kee up the work. - Gregd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2@PowerCow
The script that you're using was deprecated and the functionality moved into Digg New Features. I ran diggfan.com and helped Ash get the scripts out there through diggfan.com so thank you for telling me about the programs that I hosted. That being said, I asked you not to continue to push the block user script because as far as I knew, it no longer worked. But to each his or her own. Ash stated that he will no longer (As of December 2005) support that script that you found and the Digg New Features scripts - flake, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Yea, a great lot of tools, featured on a site which promotes marketing through digg.
Very lame... reported
- PowerCow, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17They missed the #1 tool IMO
- BloodJunkie, on 10/12/2007, -2/+26Speaking of digg tools, weren't Swarm and Stack supposed to launch today? What's up with those?
- aaaz, on 10/12/2007, -19/+4Hope to See you as #1 Digger soon
- NJShadow, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Yeah, really. I was waiting all this morning. And no go. ???????
- sahaskatta, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12why link to a blog which links to another blog with the complete collection of tools?
plus the original source has already been on digg.com a few times.
direct link:
http://www.quickonlinetips.com/archives/2005/09/complete-digg-tools-collection/- Drull, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3While I know what you mean, this isn't the case. He links to some blog that has all the tool links, to their respective pages.
- kevin45, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11More like an attempt to get some AdSense pennies.
- gyberedeemer, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5While I appreciate the work involved, I haven't really been able to get into Digg Tools.... The site is site up perfectly for the way I'm using it now. Then again, I'm probably not quite as hardcore as some of the rest of you, and I'm probably missing out on something.
- punkrockxtian, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4I clicked on the "Digg for PSP" and got a broken link. Can anybody give me a good link, i'm really interested.

- Akkarin, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Found these on google:
- dark, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I was looking for that too. Digg on the PSP sucks now that the navigation is on the left hand side.
It worked great with the right hand side. - Gregd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Digg New Features located at the bottom of this page is no longer.....
- dark, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2An old digg on the psp (or mobile) site:
http://www.orrentdesign.com/digglet/ - rauz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Wow. Never seen an app NOT work as much as HotDigg did for me.
Ten thousand billions of alerts storming all over my screen...pretty neat, actually...almost as neat as their non-existant support forums and empty FAQ. GJ. - lemieuxster, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2There will probably be more, and better, tools like these once they release the API. As digg continues to grow there needs to be a way to avoid the tradgedy of commons and a unified API will help.
- veritech, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Plus

- KillerJ59J, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2I'm going to laugh when that site gets sued for using all of those companies logos without permission.
- 01001001, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Speaking of a digg feature...
Does anyone know the javascript and css combination that allows for the hidden DIV on digg comments, where a buried comment "slides" in and out real smoothly when you click on "show comment"?
I'd like to use this same script on my site but not sure where to look....if this is proprietary then I understand. If anyone knows a similar example that slides smoothly could you help me out?- bornhj, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I *think* it's script.aculo.us and the Prototype library.
http://script.aculo.us/ and http://prototype.conio.net/ respectively.
jQuery is also pretty good at the same. http://www.jquery.com
- bornhj, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I *think* it's script.aculo.us and the Prototype library.

- Noods, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0For those who like RSS feeds, if you havent already make sure you check out the Google Reader. All it requires is that you have a google account setup (regular account not gmail). It is easy to setup and very reliable. You can also place it on your custom Google homepage. I have Digg, among other sites, setup to feed through Google reader and it works great!
http://www.google.com/reader/ - Securityguru, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Does anyone have the Digg.com firefox theme/extension? The link that gives firefox a digg-like style no longer works and I can't the extension anywhere else on the web.
