- BlasteR19, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah I remember reading about that on the CNN website like 2 or 3 years ago...I'm just curious how they expect the science of it to work with today's technology. Even if they use parts with the most advanced engine technology we have today, they would still be stuck with having to manufacture/fabricate almost every single part used in the engine since it's not like you can go out and buy parts for a gravity drive engine anywhere. And not only that, but the amount of scientific research and testing involved is mind boggling. Even if they were able to combine every single brilliant scientific mind available to them, They would still be a long way off from their objective since most of the idea behind the concept of gravity propulsion is only theoretical anyway. So IMO even though they may be "researching" the concept of gravity Propulsion, the timeframe between when they started their research and actual spitting out a working scale model of a gravity propulsion engine could be centuries for all we know...

Here's a good site with some more info on the research behind anti-gravity. Check it out. - 9enisP, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0http://www.aeronautics.ru/archive/gravity/gravitsapa.htm
Sorry, here's the site. - swight, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ok, this just blew my mind. Pretty damn cool. :)
