- techferret, on 09/24/2008, -5/+218Look how far Digg has come. Here's to better things in the future.

Turn on the tube and flip to channel 14, DNN (Digg News Network), where all stories are user submitted and uncensored.
Headlines:
"BREAKING: MARTIAL LAW BEGINING OCT. 1st (including the misspelling) "
"Ron Paul...RESURRECTION!"
"Click if your hologram lens is dirty"
"2022: The Year The Internet Ends" - pudjam666, on 09/24/2008, -6/+166Congrats to the Digg team.
- papastout, on 09/24/2008, -0/+78Wow - all the new job postings! They're looking for more software developers than anything else. Good onya digg!
- hilo4321, on 09/24/2008, -5/+78you know, at first i felt kinda bad for mrbabyman for taking so much flak, i thought, well he has some decent stuff frontpaged, and hes a large contributor, but at this point, it's just aggravating that one person has so much influence on what we see, and how it gets there
i saw him defend the fact that he dupes stuff that didnt make it based on the fact that he thought it was good stuff, and i saw his point. after a while, thought, i realized that if he (among others) wasnt gaming the system as he is, then the submissions that he was duping would probably (at least have a real chance) have gotten there themselves
also, i realize that that was poorly written, and could probably have used more than one period, but i dont care enough to edit it, but it got the point across
..and this is digg - NinjaBoy, on 09/24/2008, -3/+61God dammit hippie glenn

Thats great news, kudos :) - orion9, on 09/24/2008, -4/+59"Holy Sh*T, McCain wants to invade China! We are all F**Ked"

- willster580, on 09/24/2008, -0/+31MrBabyMan will be banned, but everyone forgets and someone named SeñorBebéHombre begins submitting all the front page stories.
- BigManOnCampus, on 09/24/2008, -0/+31"i saw him defend the fact that he dupes stuff that didnt make it based on the fact that he thought it was good stuff, and i saw his point"
What a joke. If he truly wanted to be a good-guy, he would simply shout out those other articles to the people who he has friended and get someone else's story on the front page. Duping it just so it gets on the front page is *****. MrBabyMan could simply use his influence to get the first post of a story on the front page, and everyone would appreciate him for that. Instead he simply pumps up his own ego by making his submission the one on the front. - borez, on 09/24/2008, -5/+37Headline: America remembered
- YesImAChick, on 09/24/2008, -1/+31Congrats Digg! I can't wait for you to take up even more of my time with sweet new features.
- musicbear, on 09/24/2008, -0/+29With that money, could you please either get rid of the shouts or make it easier to manage and dismiss them?

- Maxamegalon2000, on 09/24/2008, -0/+27Yeah, I'm really going to miss Diff too.
- ZeMoose, on 09/24/2008, -1/+26In a way, Digg already is a forum. Each news post is also its own thread of comments and discussion. What else would you need a Digg forum for?
- latrosicarius, on 09/24/2008, -1/+26"BREAKING NEWS: America to go bankrupt tomorrow"
- aenima987, on 09/24/2008, -1/+26As much as I think it would be cool to bring Digg to other people, wouldn't the other languages basically turn into separate sites? I like the idea but I don't want Digg to be divided.

- d0ug18, on 09/24/2008, -0/+14Also, the AP wire picked up the story too: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080924/ap_on_hi_te/te ...
Almost submitted the story but saw this post up. Good job Digg! - santaliqueur, on 09/24/2008, -0/+15Comment Duffed.
- Awspire, on 09/24/2008, -2/+16"almost half are from outside of the U.S"
It would be great if a nations flag of origin (derived from IP address location) could appear next or below everyones username. - Atrophius, on 09/24/2008, -0/+13You apparently haven't paid attention to Digg in the last couple years. These meme is so overused that it's been run into the ground ... several times.
- Siliticx, on 09/24/2008, -5/+18Interesting stuff. "international expansion". Canadian Digg? Digg in french for us quebec folks? I always thought of making one for us here but i didnt find the courage to do it. Please make portals ^^.

How about customizing the RSS feed so I don't have to get all the politcal ***** links? - IllBeBack, on 09/24/2008, -1/+12Hmmm, it seems like a lot more than just 5 hours.
