Even if the article is highly rated, I read through the first bunch of comments and if it has a lot of negative comments, or mentions spam, I don't bother with the article. This is one of the great things about Digg. Only a few have to slog through the crap and the rest of us can skip it.

Granted, right now it's pretty spammy - not just a Best Mouse category, but also a Best Logitech Mouse? Where's my Best Razer Mouse, huh?
